I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience with Cricket Wireless. Recently, my grandfather, who resides in an assisted living facility, lost phone service unexpectedly. When we contacted Cricket's customer support, they claimed it was a network issue. However, this explanation didn't hold up since other Cricket users in the same area were able to make calls without any problems.
The situation became critical as my 87-year-old grandfather was unable to contact us for two days. When I visited the Cricket store to resolve the issue, I was met with an additional hurdle: my grandfather did not remember his PIN or security questions, and as a result, the store staff were unable to assist us in any way.
The lack of flexibility and understanding from Cricket's support team during this stressful period was incredibly frustrating. It's unacceptable for a service provider to leave a senior citizen without a means of communication, especially in an emergency. This experience has left us questioning the reliability and customer service standards of Cricket Wireless. We expect better support and compassion, particularly for elderly customers who may struggle with remembering security details.
Overall, our experience with Cricket Wireless was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their service to anyone, especially those with elderly family members who might require more considerate customer service.

This is for the Cricket on Want Creek in front of Walmart. For the first time I encountered someone who could speak decent English. Generally there are two guys who speak with such a heavy accent I can't understand them. They didn't have what I needed but at least I understood what she said.
