This is for the Cricket on Want Creek in front of Walmart. For the first time I encountered someone who could speak decent English. Generally there are two guys who speak with such a heavy accent I can't understand them. They didn't have what I needed but at least I understood what she said.

I have been with cricket for over 7 years, I've heard people say how bad the customer service is when you call. I didn't believe it until October 4, 2019. I added my 5th line September 26, 2019, was told monthly bill would be $125. Perfect for 5 lines, as I go to pay my bill it said $181.20 customer service was closed so I did bridge pay so my phones would not be disconnected. Called the next day to get my bill corrected, was told I had to pay the remaining $131.20 first. So i went back to the store for them to say the will take $6 off the $131 so I would pay $125. the bridge pay was $50 so paying $125 that's $175. Then was told my bill is actually $219 but after I make my payment they would credit my account $42. Those number to add up. If my bill is $125 -$50 bridge pay=$75..$131-75= 56. so why would my credit be $42 it she be $42+$56=$98 I didn't make the mistake the worker did but I have to pay for it. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! I'M POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
