Very bad pharmacy location. Did not respect me enough to tell me they didn’t have the means to fill my kids prescription. No opportunity to speak with the pharmacist on medication that was actually given.

I've had the worst experience at this pharmacy. I came in for a Covid test, waited in line for 45 minutes. Sat at the window for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I asked for an update or an ETA and was told that checking me in just takes a long time. Coming from someone who has been tested at multiple CVS locations for travel, I know that it doesn't take that long anywhere else. There is no sense of urgency and there were plenty of other customers in line behind me. Zero accountability and horrible service.

So, okay, I don't exactly know what everyone is so bent out of shape about with this pharmacy, but they've always been super nice, courteous, friendly and helpful if I needed someone to help me locate something, or to buy Sharps for injections of Testosterone, and never once did ANYONE be rude to me, no one ever gave me attitude, or anything else like that...so...I think some of these other reviewers may have a little bias, or maybe were truly upset by a policy or procedure that CVS Corp would probably set, and how can you punish the employees for that? They're just doing their jobs! I'm here to say, that AT LEAST in 2022, they haven't been rude or gotten upset with me once. Now, if that changes I'll let you know, but so far, so good!

Bought a infant float for my baby, we went to swim and realized the float was torn and unable to blow up, returned same day and they gave me hardest time because I did not have the box that was thrown away. But I did have my receipt and I used my cvs phone number. Long story short I had to dig the box out the trash and make 3 unnecessary trips to cvs. I am still pending a callback from management and will never go back to this location.

Went in for my vaccine booster. Both the person who checked me in and the head pharmacist were unfriendly for no apparent reason. The pharmacist didn’t even tell me that I was supposed to wait 15 minute before I left; I found out after I drove home in traffic. Won’t be going back to this location even though it’s the closest.

20+ Minutes before anyone at the pharmacy answers the phone seems to be very normal. I tried to call customer service to see if they could help me to get ahold of the store and the first thing I heard was a message that the estimated wait time was greater than 15 minutes.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!Never acknowledge that you are standing at the counter then, when they can find no other way to stall, finally acknowledge you. Plan to Stan there for 5 minutes... and forget about calling. 30 minute hold. SUCKS!Update: the pharmacist actually took care of me. Very nice young woman who acknowledge my existence! Thank you for that!

Kerlos in the pharmacy asked me how to spell my name (Rachel) 3 times and also he took my paper prescriptions and didn't fill them so I arrive to pick up 4 hours later and nothing has been done.

Not sure why THIS REVIEW AND ANOTHER RECENT ONE STAR REVIEW WERE BURIED UNDERNEATH THAT FIVE STAR REVIEW FROM TWO YEARS AGO???The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is completely inadequate . If you need to speak with a pharmacy clerk, be prepared to typically wait 30-45 minutes on hold. Several days ago I had to wait an hour. This has been the situation there for a few years, so don't buy their excuses about being busy that day or being busy with covid-19 testing or shots. After holding for an hour the other day, I was told my prescription would be ready in about fifteen minutes. It still wasn't ready when my husband got there to pick it up and he said they weren't doing any coronavirus testing or shots at that time.The pharmacy staff has always been polite and professional. They look busy back there, so I can only conclude they are understaffed. Shame on CVS!!! When I've asked them about the extremely long hold times, they say they're too busy to answer the phone. That's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and should NEVER happen! If CVS needs to hire someone just to take pharmacy dept. phone calls then that's what they should do!!!

I've filled the same 3 scripts without insurance 2 months in a row. I called to refill a 3rd time and they said they don't accept my insurance. I told them I know that, they never have, I'll pay out of pocket. I get a text saying my order is ready. I show up, and they only have one script filled. I asked about the other two, and they said they couldn't fill it cause they don't accept my insurance. I told them the script that did get filled wasn't on my insurance either so what's wrong with the other two. They said okay but it'll be 30 minutes before they're ready. I'm at a loss here, every month there's a problem and every month it takes me at least two trips to this pharmacy to get my meds. If it wasn't for the fact that I forget how horrible this pharmacy is until I need a refill, I would've taken my business elsewhere by now.
