A lady was very rude to me even though I tried to tell her that I had already purchased with the CVS app. She treated me very badly, telling me that they didn't accept it, and in my experience, that is not customer service. I don't remember her name, but I was on the 12 a.m. shift on Tuesday, April 2.

Oh my gosh, great security protocols at the pharmacy! I went to pick up medication for a friend for the first time. The scrutiny I went through was amazing. I had to have my friend call them. I am impressed!

On Thursday, February 27, 2025, I had to go to the ER because of an intense and painful earache. It turned out that I had a severe ear infection. The doctor gave me ibuprofen and sent an order to the pharmacy. The issue was that most pharmacies open around 8 AM, and by the time we were at the hospital, it was already 10 PM. I couldn't endure the pain and was anxious about getting my medication way later. Fortunately, the doctor mentioned that this CVS pharmacy would be open, allowing us to pick up the prescription as soon as we left the ER. I want to sincerely thank the pharmacy for being open through the night, as I urgently needed the medication.

Went in for vaccinations and a couple of items. The store was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I was early for my appointment and they got me right in. I had a couple questions which were fully answered. Great customer service still exists!
