I like this CVS, probably because I'm familiar with the layout. I buy most of my personal and grooming products here. I used to have my prescriptions filled here, I was very happy with the service. However, they no longer accept my BCBS insurance, so I went elsewhere. I would probably switch back if they changed their policy.

Absolutely awful service provided by CVS Pharmacy. After going to the doctor and having a prescription sent to this location my parents who do not dominate the English language to perfection were told they were “too busy to accept the prescription” and “to go somewhere else” which is not protocol. CVS pharmacy has every right to transfer the prescription themselves to another pharmacy but it is not the patients job to find a different pharmacy. I can only imagine how many elderly patients who do not dominate the English language get treated and discriminated against at this location.

I had to write this review regarding an experience I just had with cvs 901 w pioneer Arlington tx. Ok it all started when I was concerned about my ozempic dosage I called the pharmacy to verify my dosage. Some one answered the phone. I explained why I was calling.After giving me an use I directed I asked if I could speak with pharmacist. I am nurse I told her thank you but I want speak with pharmacist. She took phone off her ear became to reprimand me to her counter part then hung up . I really didn't want go out lol but this needed to be addressed. I get there I knew right away whom it was because of a previous incident with her at drive through walking off and not services me because I asked her a question. I quess she doesn't like being asked questions. While in store waiting on pharmacist I heard answer another call her and A that's the initial talking about how stupid someone was for calling pharmacy if they already knew the answer. She even asked the person on phone if you no answer why you calling . Wow is this where we are in customer service today. Yes hiring anyone. Being Rude . You deal with public people in service industry. Why be rude ? We keep pharmacy open utilizing your service. This young lady is very rude. She even told me come behind counter. A threat. I am 62 years old disabled. You want fight me . I think you should leave service industry. I wasn't challenging you when I asked for a pharmacist I have right to ask for further information. CVS the Ball Is In Your Court .

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Almost all the staff is rude and unwilling to answer any questions. If you have more than one prescription, it's never ready on the same day. I get texts and phone calls saying prescription is ready but when I get there it's not ready. They close there drive thru down so they don't have to service people, which isn't good for handicap, disabled people, or parents with sick children. They close it down because they know people don't want to go inside and they'll drive away. I literally had to tell a pharmacy tech over the phone, that she was talking to me extremely rude, all because I was asking about the refill dates on prescriptions since I was picking up for 4 individuals.

My son is dealing with an ear infection had his prescription sent Tuesday during his appointment from then to today Friday NOT once did they tell me the medication was on back order, every time I went in they would tell me that it was "processing" instead of lying and wasting my time I could've looked for it somewhere else and my son wouldn't still deal with ear pain.... So thank you CVS PHARMACY WORKERS for not communicating!

This pharmacy is very terrible. I dropped prescription at 8:00 pm and lady told me come back pick it up 10:30 . When I come back, there’s only an African man in pharmacy and he can’t find it in the system. I was asking him help me find prescription if she forgot somewhere on the table or counter. I got answer from him is I don’t know. He is so rude to customers. He is working in pharmacy but he doesn’t know anything . Just told me go back to hospital or call them for another prescription.

Lately terrible customer service, regularly closed drive thru and long wait times inside store. I wouldn't recommend choosing this location unless you are a walker and it's the closest.

Every time I order photos here the have a hard time finding them. One time their printee went down and nonone contacted me to tell me.. they said come back in an our and your pictures will be done. Came back 3 hrs later and they claimed the order was lost somehow? Today they just said, "I don't see them..." No solutions, no nothing. Told them I have confirmation emails for my 2 orders...still nothing. She literally just shrugged at me. This is why I never prepay for my pics here and why I'm not coming here again.

A man At pharmacy who didn’t say his name was very rude and not helpful at all gave me the wrong number for the Covid 19 testing I still read it back and he said I got it and hung up … he was not trying to help at all . Il call back and get his name .

I had to pick up a few prescriptions for a friend at this CVS. WOW!!!! What rude and slow employees this store has. I stood in line at the pharmacy for at least 20 mins. On a Saturday there was 2 clerks working. One of them was working the drive thru. For the prices they charge there should be a full staff. I was floored by their prices on items in the store. Walgreens can be high on some of their items, but not as high as CVS. I told my friend what happen, and she stated that she has had issues with this store several times in the past. I told her the Walgreens on Sherry & Pioneer was a great store. There is at least 4 to 5 employees working in the pharmacy. She's going to be changing to Walgreens.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my life zero stars if it was an option I have prescriptions I'm required to take and my cvs is out of stock so I call this one and they Absolutely refused to help me they wouldn't transfer my prescription from my cvs to this one because "they aren't allowed to do that" yet I call another cvs right after and they tell me no problem and fill it
