When my daughter called and the pharmacy said her medicine was ready, they should have said only one was, which was the major one. Not have us drive out there Sunday morning and not have it, just to tell us to call Walgreens. Piss poor service. Luckily the doctors office was open and they switched it. Had to drive there and wait. The lady with the hijab and the little Spanish woman are the reason I'll never return to your store. They just didn't give a damn. Your reviews show this store sucks.

Afte some not so great experiences in the East Fort Worth locations, I had great help here. Quick and kind. And the woman giving me my flu shot was very engaging and professional. This is the CVS I know and love.

The worst CVS I have seen in the whole world ?!!!This lady in the front was super rude ? ?So I left the store not getting the service I wanted ? then decided to call the store manager/supervisor and guess what??? She was the one answering the phone!So after requesting to speak to the manager she said that she was the one!!!! SUPER RUDE.I will advise not to go there

Walked in with 2 freinds and grabbed some Aquaphor from the front of the store and when I went to go find where my friends went the store employee followed me around the store literally the entire store thinking I was going to steal when I was looking for my friends because when I found my friends she stopped at that section of the store and finnaly walked away very uncomfortable experience. And after seeing all the other reviews it seems like people have dealt with the same lady and she is still working there?.

The lady at the front on 7/13/23 at 8:10 pm was extremely rude. I will never come back to this CVS. She refused to check us out and had us use the self check out then was talking under her breath and making rude comments as we walked out.

I have a 30 minute break and nobody was at the front counter like they are supposed to be like why is it like this I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get one item

The “supervisor” was so rude!!! I tried to ask about some coupons CVS send to my card and she answer my questions with really bad mode and being super unprofessional. Zero costumer service. She is there to help us! No for ruin the costumers day! She needs to go fired.

I have been going to this CVS for over 4 years and they are great. They know me by my name and are always nice. If you have a problem with this CVS then maybe the problem is you.

Tech said I never dropped off a handwritten prescription. Thankfully his team member saw the filled prescription & was nice enough to point it out.I won’t be going back.

I came into this CVS specifically to redeem my $10 in extra bucks which expired two 2 days later. My first issue was I bought vitamins that we're B1G1 free, they did not ring up as B1G1 free when entered my CVS card at the counter. The manager corrected the issue and adjusted to price for me to get them at the sale value. I then tried to use my $10 extra bucks coupon on the remaining $16.50 balance. When the manger scanned the coupon it said "not valid", even though the coupon clearly said it expired on 2/8/2021 and had my card number at the bottom. Instead of just manually applying the coupon the manager gave me the number to customer care. I called customer care number in store, and of course I was speaking to an outsourced position in India. After 20 minutes of being on the phone with extra care customer support, they only could conclude that I was never issued the coupon, even though I had it right in hand at the store. The manager did nothing to reward me with my time, on the phone, or a coupon the company clearly gave me which they were not honoring. I will never shop at CVS again, I will take my convenience shopping to Walgreens. This is a top-down issue with CVS the company, starting with outsourcing customer care to India and not having people capable of handling minor issues.
