The manager in the store tall old guys is racist and will follow you if he is on shift . This man followed me through each isle of this store claiming he was stocking and I quote “ getting the store ready” . I was on the food isle with teas he was in HBA cold meds in his hand . Then after he insisted on removing the cashier whom I know doesn’t get off for several hours to check me out . He failed to render the same type of service to me as he did the customers . He didn’t ask me for my rewards number I had to ask him. Also asked if he’d like to check my
Purse since he did everything but that . I shop regularly at this cvs and haven’t stolen anything but leave it him to profile a customer . Don’t shop at this CVS , spend your money where they don’t look at you like a criminal …

Great service from Diane,eventhough i see them overwhelmed and running around they still managed to give great service. I suggest you get more help tho because is abuse what these people endure.
Cudos to them for always keeping that smile.

⚠️TLDR:DO NOT GO FOR UPS PICKUP!⚠️
And I wont go here again for anything.I have UPS delivered to the hubs at CVS stores to thwart porch pirates at my house and to avoid the UPS stores because they are slow and usually crowded🟰TO SAVE TIME! The older

voice did everything bad customer
service entails.There was no line so I walked up and she acted like I was interrupting her.I said I had a UPS pickup and she said ,”ok,let me just finish this’l,then proceeded to put the rest of her Red Bulls on the shelf.In a bothered tone she says,” ok,well let’s see if UPS wants to work today,do you have an ID?” I already had it ready as I do this weekly and handed it to her trying to be patient.She slowly scrolled through some stuff on the handheld UPS device and says,”yep doesn’t look like it’s gonna work.Are you sure it’s ready?”I said yes and tried to show her my “proof of delivery”from the UPS email.”She wouldn’t even look at it,and said in a smug tone,”that doesn’t mean it’s here yet”.I pointed at the 50+ packages and envelopes on the UPS shelf behind her and said confidently that I knew it had been delivered per the UPS proof of delivery I was sent.At this point it had already been inconveniently long so I said could she please just get my package so I could go.She got irritated like I was wasting her time,and said,”well what does it look like? Is it big,small?” I pointed to the only black padded envelope amongst the others on the shelf and said it should look like that.She slowly gets it and while holding my id in her hand says,”what’s the name?” I told her and pointed to my id in her hand.She looks at the envelope and back to my id a few times and says,”ok,sign this”and puts the handheld down.I sign it and walked out.And she says,”well,thank you!”in a mock polite tone.This rude,old wanna be bad witch made a 2 minute maximum exchange into an almost ten minute struggle session.Strike 1: she acted like I was wasting her time. Strike 2: she had to“finish”her tasks before helping the customer: myself. Strike 3! She’s OUT!: I’m guessing most people doing UPS pickups here don’t know what they’re doing so she was attempting to act like the UPS system was down so she couldn’t verify the packages but this is wrong as she can manually do it.*Lady,please don’t waste my time.Please lose the entitlement and stop acting like customers are getting in the way of your side work.But,mostly,stop smoking.Soon you will lose your voice altogether,then you won’t be able to voice your rudeness out loud…

HEI always been unprofessional with me always trying to create hostile environment...I ask for price check at register before I checkout ...she then pretends she can not get into the handheld when she could have used the register
Then proceeds to call the Manager STEVEN he also went along with narrative...like I did something...I tried to communicate but there was no point when they are trying to find ways to ban you from a store based on discrimination
I try to put myself in people situations but I do not understand how asking for price check ...because the sale price 🗣was not listed on shelves but online
I read the other reviews CVS also sent me survey but best things consumers can do nowadays post reviews change where we shop to give others consumers a heads up

Went in for vaccinations and a couple of items. The store was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I was early for my appointment and they got me right in. I had a couple questions which were fully answered. Great customer service still exists!
