This CVS is my store.😍 But the service I recieved on yesterday was impeccable. Gillian, I may have misspelled her name, was a Gem. First off she was a great help in telling me about a sale, but also reminded me of a coupon. And there's nothing more I like than saving money. She didn't have to let me know, but she did. And I so appreciate her kindness, and going the extra mile!

This facility was well kept when I last visited I've never seen a store so well organized and the getting in and out has never been more than a breeze I didn't have to wait in a line and everything was easy to find

Slowest cvs I’ve ever been too. Made a vaccine appointment and now I’m waiting for 20 plus minutes and still no appointment.
They sent me an email saying here’s my updated vaccine record when I have yet to receive anything.
Don’t waste your time here.
Additional Update-
Don’t waste your time with this location. Absolutely no reason to waste your money here either. Took them 2 days to complete a RX and the missing piece of the order was on their shelf in the store. Zero regard for the customers needs.
CVS- you’ve lost another customer.

The older gentleman working there seemed uninterested in interacting with customers. I politely asked how his day was going twice and was completely ignored. When I asked if he was okay, he gave a grumpy response. I’d maybe keep him away from customers.

Trying to refill prescriptions online is very frustrating! I was finally able to request 4 refills over the phone, after hours after calling back twice! & was told they would be available in a week!! All but one had refills!! I need them tomorrow 10/10/24! In the afternoon is fine!! Your automated system is not user friendly at all!! Even during business hours!! I’m considering transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy! Most of the people inside are very nice & helpful. However doing some of my refills online is necessary & sometimes during business hours I’m unable to speak to anyone in the pharmacy- which is very frustrating! Last Friday my doctor sent in a prescription that I really needed & no one notified me by text, phone call, email or any other way! I’m very unhappy about that because it caused me to be VERY sick all weekend & I had no idea my doc had called it in!!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful at the CVS in Pantego. The pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and I appreciate the notifications of when medications are filled and ready to be picked up. I also like the coupons and rewards that I receive which really help when purchasing products at CVS.

The customer service representatives demonstrated exceptional performance today. They exceeded expectations in providing assistance, and the pharmacy technician offered support despite scheduling constraints. I had three positive experiences overall. Additionally, the phlebotomist displayed professionalism and efficiency in administering the vaccines promptly.

Always go to CVS because it's closed to me in the prices are good quality products good service and I love to go and get my pictures easy to print CVS is the best store medication and healthy products I definitely recommend cvs🥰

there should be an option on the website to "SELECT ALL" and add to card. It is stupid that you have to click all of them one-by-one.

This a big box store and they can’t or will not give me my money back for a gift card I purchase here doing holidays. It May 2024 and the manager tell me once they sold it out there hand. In January when I first come they took my info and in investigation now it almost 7 months and I been patient about my money. No has said anything about my money.So I’m just should take this lost ??♂️
