My family showed up to get photos for our passports. As we approach the photo area, a guy that was there walked away so we stood there waiting. When I start looking around, I see him at the checkout. He asked what I needed and when I said passport photos, he asked for how many. When I said four, he rolled his eyes and became very rude. We felt like we inconvenienced him. Then when he took our photos he said, since there are so many of us it's gonna be 15 minutes. Which we were fine with. Someone asked him how he was doing and rudely said not good. The customer just stared and then walked off. Then when he was finished he was almost kind of maybe a little friendly, but still. I don't want to go to this one again.

I want to give a shout out to Jim who is usually the cashier when I visit the store. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. Thank you Jim!

I visited this location (11/27/23) and had a horrible experience with an older white male working at the front counter. I went for a passport picture in which the photo came out dark and blurred.Upon me asking for a retake, the man became rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. He commented that the photo is not meant to be a glamour shot. After retaking the photo and paying the fee; I was not provided with a government compliant printout, or cut photos placed in a photo holder.Please note that there were no other customers in line. It’s unfortunate that CVS has this type of unprofessional person representing their company.

I ordered prints online and when I went to pick them up the guy Jim gave me such a hard time. First I couldn't remember if I used my maiden name or married name and he couldn't get either right. Maiden name Henderson and he kept repeating Anderson. I had the order number but he told me he couldn't look it up with the order number and that he had to have a name. I went back to my email and that didn't help cause it just showed my first name. So I tell Jim my married last name Yacoub and he replies Wacko? At this point I am upset. Yes, I am. He keeps telling me I probably sent them to a different location. Even though the receipt has his location on it. He gets the spelling of my married name and finds the prints. He then attempts to collect money on the prepaid order. I feel violated at this point and then he attempts one last try to poke at me and says he needs to see my CVS card. At this point I am livid and I snatch the prints out of his hand. I have shown him my phone with the receipt, I have given him my maiden and married name, there is no point in asking to see that card. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly in this store at this location. I see this is a regular thing there at that location.

The app doesn’t work for scheduling a Covid Test.When I called I got the “I Can’t “ answer repeatedlyThen I was told they would give me a direct number to call but got put on hold for 5 minutes until it sent me back to the opening menu. No ethic of customer service

Always get discounts either percent or dollar amounts of my purchase from my CVS discount card. Some discounts are even combinations of, for example, 30 percent off total purchase and a 4 dollar discount off my total. I can save easily 50 percent of total purchase. Can't beat that.

We came for some passport photos and the older guy Jim thats working here was so rude made us feel uncomfortable. If I could give it 0 stars I would.customer service was horrible

This CVS is very fast with my medications I have to take. They have all my medication ready around 12. I recently just picked up my seizure medication and let me just say.. I was a happy camper. The other CVS tick me off real bad. I am always coming here. Customer service is on point. My medication has side effects such as weight loss and nausea? the pharmacy tech gives good advice on what I can do for this problem. They are very sweet!!

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. The customer service is terrible, especially a cashier old man named James. He was racist and called us names. This is not ok for him to do. Also, they don’t have enough cashiers and workers.

If I could do 1/2 star I would. On several occasions auto-refill was getting turned on when it should have been left off. My doctor changes my prescriptions. I called corporate customer service as well, and was good for awhile, then somehow it got turned back on again. Even at the store it was turned off . Most recently I had ONE prescription refilled and went to the store to pickup the prescription and found that other prescriptions were refilled that were not needed. I also had a previous occurance where an EMPLOYEE was questioning me on a prescription that was refilled, which I thought was odd. Usually its from the pharmacist. I reported this to HIPAA and also to the pharmacist. I had a conference call with the District Manager and the Pharmacist, and did NOT go well. The District Manager paid no attention to my concerns. I should have gotton a gift card, and an apology. I got nothing. I transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. PLEASE DONT RESPOND TO HAVE ME CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY WERE NO HELP !!!

Rx called in today around 5pm. Was told could not be ready by 8pm when they close. Sleep medicine doesn't do me any good at 10:55am. Disappointed!

I just experienced a very blatant and racist old man at the CVS located at Pantego. His name is Jim.That old man was so disrespectful to me.The female manager came into the situation and rectified the matter.

No stars for the pharmacist. So uncaring. She clearly does not value mental health. She refused to reach out to the prescriber about a miscommunication between the prescriber and the pharmacy. A patient cannot control the communication between the prescriber and the pharmacy. I can contact both parties, but I cannot make them talk. Have a heart. I have taken this medication for 10 years.

Horrible staff, horrible customer service, horrible location, horrible attitude, every time I come to this location to get my prescription, there's always something lacking ... today 12/16/2022 I called three times with my health provider on other line to approve that so I can get refill and each time these girls been hanging up the phone .... I got off the phone with them at 7pm and they still didn't solve my problem and each time they hang up the phone instead helping and solving the problem. After 3 hour on the phone with them I did not get any results..... I do not recommend this location at all. Either this cvs needs to be closed or either needs education people who can understand what customer is asking for...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
