This CVS in Arlington is open seven days a week and aims to make managing health easier. It offers prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, personal care items, pet toys, and healthy snacks. Customers can join ExtraCare for personalized deals and rewards, shop weekly deals, or use free pickup and same-day delivery. Reviews note that the store itself is often dingy and messy, with items frequently out of stock or nearly out of stock. A significant complaint involves unreliable opening hours, with the store frequently not opening at its posted time, leaving customers and delivery drivers waiting. Staffing appears to be an issue, with employees seeming overworked and overwhelmed; customers sometimes do not get greeted or acknowledged promptly at the front. However, many employees receive praise for being helpful and providing good service, with specific mention of front register staff going above and beyond to assist customers. The pharmacy service is also noted as reliable, with helpful text notifications about medication readiness.
Leaving due to the voicemail system. Their employees are posting the voicemails all over reddit and tiktok. We spend over 15k a year with CVS between my family, they literally don't care about losing all the business. If you have complicated health issues and are required to call a pharmacy monthly, CVS doesn't want you.

Acceptable. The store is kind of dingy and messy though and multiple things are constantly either out of stock or very close to being out of stock.
