Called the store to speak to pharmacy about having trouble with refills on website, and some one who said he was the manager named "Javier" was very rude and hung up on me without trying to help or even pass my call to someone who wouldn't mind helping me. To be a manager and hang up on customers who are already not feeling well it's so unprofessional. Javier if that is even his real name shouldn't be a manager. When he answered the phone he sounded like he didn't even want to answer. No wonder this store has such poor ratings. Hire people who want to work cause Javier obviously doesn't want to do his job, and he claims he's a manager. That's so sad that he even has the title of being called a manager. CVS please do better

Leaving due to the voicemail system. Their employees are posting the voicemails all over reddit and tiktok. We spend over 15k a year with CVS between my family, they literally don't care about losing all the business. If you have complicated health issues and are required to call a pharmacy monthly, CVS doesn't want you.

The pharmacy was supposed to close at 6 I pulled up at 558 and they closed on me then I went inside and asked for my sons prescription and there was at three people in there ignores me for a minute then said oh we are closed they took our register already. Liars.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY! I work at a vet clinic and this is the WORST CVS pharmacy to deal with. I recently had a client be given the wrong medication by the pharmacy, and the pharmacists tried their darndest to push the blame of the wrong meds onto the orders sent by our clinic. The client's pet nearly died because of the wrong meds being dispensed, and the pharmacy refused to take responsibility for the mistake. Additionally, the pharmacy tried to tell the client that there was never any communication with my clinic, despite multiple RECORDED phone calls with multiple techs.

ThI’m a store is garbage had an order shipped there it was refused as it didn’t have my address on it. Dug it was shipped to the store with my name on it. Manager didn’t care in the slightest Manu and Michael horrible customer service. When I asked for the number to corporate was told to google it

I am 65 I was trying to understand my CIGMA Healthy Benefits Debit Card. Choley sp CPhT took a few minutes and helped me understand which Card # to put on My CVS sight . It's the little things that may take a few minutes but make the Customer feel like a person and She's a Military Veteran. 🇺🇲🕊️🤯🇺🇲🪽🕊️

This place really doesn't deserve even one star, I just left this pharmacy outraged to see how the two people who were selling the medicines were not able to help a man who was wanting to buy a medicine for his 4 year old son, simply because it was time to close the place and the man was already inside 10 minutes before. This is an inhumane act on the part of these people who are supposed to care for others who go there for reasons of illness.

Store is filthy, used bandages from vaccines all over the floor , and trash cans overflowing. The whole store is filthy. Where's the management. And this isn't after a busy day, this is 10 am

I have always had good service when I come to this CVS . I pick up my brothers medication and they always text me when its ready are delayed.
