Always nice envioroment and nice workers, starting g from the fabulous manager Miss Leslie who is a completely angel there, always positive and ready to help, team Alisha, Monica, Ima, Omar are awesome too, love this pharmacy for the variety of items, prices, coupons and 💯 customer service, A + to them, they require be recognized for District and Regional manager fo r top 5 in my opinion.

If I could put zero stars I WOULD. There was this one worker that was black with curly hair and was rushing a lady at the self checkout and this lady needed HELP she didn’t know much English and the worker was just yelling and rushing her without even trying to help her ,I then told her she maybe isn’t understanding her and the worker reply’s “she understands what I mean” when the lady clearly didn’t , she then gets frustrated and gets her other coworker to “deal with it” and the whole time I’m trying to translate to the woman and give her some kind of help with the situation. a lady with a hijab comes out and attempts to help but she does so in a SNARKY way. This was always a home cvs to me but it’s hired RUDE people that don’t know how to help others.Get better people period

DO NOT SEND PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!! I sent my prescription here when I got Strep and I got to the store at about 10am and the pharmacists couldn't get into the pharmacy. The store manager said it would be about a 30 minute wait till someone arrived with a key. They didn't open till 2:30. I had to wait 4 and a half hours for my prescription with a 102 fever. Ridiculous and should never have EVER happened in the first

I've been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now and have had little complaints until these last 2 months Mainly regarding the pharmacy on 2 different occasions for different medications being told they either didn't offer or to go check other pharmacies (sams, Walgreens,etc) from different employees both male. And all I did was run down Collins to the 24 hour CVS to receive help from them instead. I don't know what changes were made but it's seriously brought down the quality of service from this location.. bad enough to where I don't even want to bother even setting foot back into this store regardless of how much closer it is. It's more of an inconvenience to even bother with this location than it is to drive further

Unacceptable! 1st time customer and Prescription was suppose to be ready in 2 hours I call to make sure it’s ready and they tell me they can’t fine the patient and after they “found” patient it will be 2 more hours.! Ridiculous! My family member is in pain due to a surgical procedure and they don’t seem to prioritize this type of patients. Will not be coming back!.

Terrible service, when they don't have any medication it is very difficult for them to transfer you to another pharmacy and they never answer the phone, no one is dedicated to solving your problem, I went to CVS 3 times and then to Walgrens and they never made the transfer, when I returned I asked CVS for the last time, did they get the medication and they said yes, but I can't give it to you anymore because 20 minutes ago we made the transfer (after 3 days) it was very frustrating and no one cares about solving your problems

Currently sitting here in the drive-thru after the pharmacist closed the window on me because it's lunch time and told me the prescription was not ready. This is my 3rd time trying to pick up my child's Tamiflu in 2 days. They are so bad.

Osaru the pharmacist is horrible. I sincerely hope his manager sees this so they can train him on how to talk to customers. He has horrible communication skills. He confused the heck out of me when updating my information and I had to stand in line multiple times because of that. He wasted my time and was disrespectful. People these days just dont want to freaking work and do their jobs. Also, this branch is understaffed. They have ONE person working both the drive thru and the line inside the pharmacy.

The CVS on Collins in Arlington the pharmacy has met my expectations & then some. I currently take alot of medication. The new year my doctor wrote 90 day supplies and the phamacy got it right with all them. Use the app. and dont cut it close when time to re order....

Cant give zeronstars . Worse pharmacy ever sooooookk slowwwww been here a while. Ok so i get to the windows and thenlady asks me for my info and i tell her . She came back litterally 5 minutes later and asks me for my info again. Whaaaaat .. the. She tells me they have nothing for me .. the. Someone else found it and gave it to me... UnrealOn a return visit, olivia took good care of me. +1 $tar for Olivia !
