I was in the drive-thru to pick up my prescription, when I got to the window at 5:00pm (the exact time) the person at the window said "we're closed". I have filed a complaint at their corporate office and will do it again.

Got kicked out of a store because my coupons were not clipping. The manager said “either you know what you’re doing or you leave.” I had to start 2 transactions and she got mad let 2 people behind us pass then she proceeded to check out her coffee. And when I did it again she started screaming at me and kicked me out and screamed “THIS IS ALL RECORDED” horrible manager. Alicia is her name. She needs to be fired for her customer service. She is rude and mean beware if you have coupons and come to this store. She is MEAN! Pulled the cart from my sisters hand and my sister was on the phone and she stole our coupons Alicia made this such a horrible experience. I wish she gets fired because she screamed “GET OUT OF MY STORE” this is why CVS is out of business! IF U DO COUPONS BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THEY HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!

The person working in the store refused to check me out. Declared, even after making a specific request that she was not “ringing people out”. Not to mention the coupon machine is broken. I’m paying 10.00 each month for CVS membership thingy and can’t get help. Also, the product I needed was behind the counter. Terrible service.

"pharmacist" David was completely negligent and uncaring. I had an emergency prescription that was called in/confirmed, in stock, and
that I had a medical history with. Despite needing the medicine immediately, and that medicine being available, David refused. I offered to provide my card/payment method and my ID and he yelled at me and refused. It was not until my MA called the pharmacy to intervene that they finally gave me the medication.
