Don’t go on a weekday between the hours of 4:00-7:00. The staff is slow and takes forever at the pharmacy

Made an appointment online to have a Covid Test. Followed all the instructions & watched the Video that said to bring my ID & Medical Insurance. When I got there they said they didn’t take my insurance-Aetna CVS!Would not take the card to check if the insurance was in their system correctly. After checking with someone she said she could take my information but couldn’t edit it, I would have to do that online. She can’t risk contracting Covid. While I would never want to give anything to contagious to anyone-she’s working the drive through window giving out Covid tests! As a former Healthcare Professional I am very upset to have been treated this way. Esp when sick. I will never use this Location again & am going to switch my Insurance as I pay a good amount of money to be told they don’t take it. Felt confident in the CVS Brand linked to Aetna & now no longer do!Update. Went to the parking lot to not tie up the line. Verified my Insurance does cover my Covid Test. Waited in line again & had a supervisor help. Had the representative from AetnaCVS on speakerphone to help. Again was told they don’t take my Insurance. Asked for a Manager & she said they couldn’t help me & referred me to a Clinic down the road. I’m so upset I can’t even express it.

Wow, I thought this place was bad... They won't give it up by Insulin for six months, they constantly can get prescriptions ready and today the line is a mile long... I'm not joking there's like 1520 of us here standing in line and then there's like 10 cars outside so fun times

Don't let the positive reviews fool you. The staff is kind, friendly, very cool, but not the pharmacy staff. I get it they deal with crap all day, but every day? This is the last time I do business with this pharmacy. I waited for my prescription for a whole weak just for them to "let me resend the information, oh it's been approved" yet the doctor stated it had been approved since day 1. Drive through... yep it's bad.... You want to go in?? No problem, they're fast but customer service is out of the question. Don't come here, drive the extra mile for good customer service.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. I recently picked up my prescribed medication to find out that it was taped up, opened, and expired by a month. No apologies were extended. I understand the rush hour traffic, but the lack of customer service is appalling.

Drive through pharmacy window takes over 20 minutes per vehicle. Wish I had gone in before I got trapped by six cars in each of both lanes. Only one employee working and no seems to have no priority in serving the long lines, even for a simple pick-up.

Website needs to be updated. It says that the pharmacy is open until 11, which is a lie. Sign in the window says they are only open until 5:00 p.m. why would you close the pharmacy at 5 p.m. on the weekend when most people work during the weekend can only go on the weekend?

I visited this CVS a few weeks ago to have my passport picture taken, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Breanna and Alice were so kind, patient, and friendly when answering my questions, and that made me feel so comfortable throughout this entire process. I would definitely recommend.

They always pick up the phone and are eager to help. Due to various conditions I feel like I come there so often ? and despite the pharmacy being busy everyone still provides calm and kind service. Compared to Walgreens where you’ll be waiting for 30 plus minutes just to have no one answer and get transferred to another line.

"pharmacist" David was completely negligent and uncaring. I had an emergency prescription that was called in/confirmed, in stock, andthat I had a medical history with. Despite needing the medicine immediately, and that medicine being available, David refused. I offered to provide my card/payment method and my ID and he yelled at me and refused. It was not until my MA called the pharmacy to intervene that they finally gave me the medication.

The absolute worse. I sat behind a car waiting to get my rx. They helped the person in front of me a closed the gate when I pulled up. They saw me sitting directly behind that car all that time. I recommend you stay away from this location, unless you want rude service.

Poor service in the pharmacy Department. Very slow, they don't communicate, prescriptions take a long time to get filled, when transferring prescriptions to them they filled multiple orders of the same medication in differently MG then kept refilling them both when I kept telling them I don't need them because I have way more than I need for a long time. But they still kept sending me notifications that they are ready to be picked up. After Multiple times calling, I think I finally got it to stop, Maybe, but they keep having issues that make me want to switch pharmacies again. I love the private one I used in Irving because they would go out of the way to make me feel special and make sure I had what I need promptly etc. The only issue is they have the same hours that I work making it difficult to get there, I would take my whole half hour lunch time to run pick them up. They didn't have evening or weekend hours. Looks like I will have to keep trying others till I find something down here that I like, might jump around a lot till I do but thats ok, its worth it to me!

Grayson was FANTASTIC!!! I went there twice to get passport photos for my babies, no easy task! He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful & friendly. I was worried the photos would not be good/ready but be delivered.

I'd use a different pharmacy if my garbage health insurance didn't make me use CVS.To be specific - I recently had a new prescription sent in. After waiting over a week (during which it said it would be ready "Wednesday at 5pm"), I finally called in on Thursday. Turns out the issue is with my trash health insurance not approving it."You should have gotten a text," CVS says."I did not," I say, and hang up.Two minutes later, I get a text that my medicine isn't being approved by my insurance.Thank you! By God, thank you CVs for informing me of this five minutes after I had to personally call in just to find out anything about my medicine! To summarize - this is a low-quality pharmacy with staff that doesn't care and doesn't do their jobs properly. I don't know if that's something specific to this store or to CVS in general, but if your insurance doesn't require you to come here... then don't.And if it does require you to come here, you have my sympathy. At least you'll know you aren't alone in this madness.
