If I could give zero…Absolutely worst experience ever. I waited in line for a while at the pharmacy to purchase an item. When I arrived at the counter the cashier instructed me I had to check out with Target (CVS is the pharmacy inside of Target) There was no attempt to assist me in any way. I made my way to the Target check out. And after waiting again, I was instructed to go to the pharmacy to check out. ?Although this time the Target cashier took the time to show me that the item could not be purchased at their register. When I made my way back to the pharmacy, I waited in line again. Another customer asked the cashier to help me, as she was in line behind me, (originally) watching the entire scenario unravel. Both cashiers said the other one didn’t know what the other was doing! The pharmacy cashier refused to help me. The Target employee couldn’t help me. Do better!

I hate CVS pharmacy. We have really good insurance, but it’s a punishment every time I have to fill a scrip there. It’s either NEVER ready, or they have to be told to run my insurance, or they do not contact the dr office when requested. They’re awful!

I frequent this CVS for my personal items. Be sure to join their extra care and receive coupons and cash back. If you plan your shopping you can save a lot of money. I used to get my meds here, but CVS won't take my BCBS insurance.

I was called on 5/29/23 telling me that I had a Rx ready for pickup and that the copay was $10.00. When I got to the pharmacy later that day the person told me that the Rx was not ready and that I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. I waited. Then I was told that the charge was $88.00. I paid it since I needed the Rx, but I could have been told that up front. The person who waited on me was not courteous or helpful. I protest this treatment and will not use this pharmacy any more.

I gave them a prescription. They just got it , didn't ask me for any information and let me wait and come back many times. After that, I came over again and asked them for my medicine, they said the medicine hadn't arrived yet and asked me whether I received the message or not while they even had not saved my phone number. Never come back.

This is the best CVS in the area! The pharmacists and staff are great. They make an extra effort to help you and are friendly.

Initially the head pharmacist was at the window with me but had issues with my account. His Aide Vashni walked in and greeted me by name. How she remembered my name after months of me not going to the pharmacy is hard to believe. Instantly, with utmost professionalism and politeness she had my situation solved to my full satisfaction. Vashni gets a big 10 and deserves a raise! I'm always very satisfied with the service I'm given at this location by all of it's employees!

The pharmacist helped me obtain a discount on my prescription even though I did not have a coupon with me.

Have been a patron to this location since it's doors opened. The customer service has declined drastically and I'm forced to find a new pharmacy to visit. As of this moment, I'm waiting on an update regarding a refill request with my MD...???? In my opinion, the vast new faces in addition to the unwanted aggression from your Techs & new Pharmacists are to blame. I drove 30 minutes to visit this location for the understanding of my Rx specifics before your employee update; however, I now have to explain the process and defend it each time I request a refill. I'm off to find a stable location that's free of aggression & uncertainty.

Came in to get an antibiotic for my brother. They asked for insurance and I was told to wait 2 hours. AFTER waiting a little over 2 hours they told me amoxicillin was not covered by my insurance and tried getting me to pay out of pocket for it. They literally stood inside the pharmacy staring at me for two hours and didn’t even tell me from the beginning insurance doesn’t cover it when I sat IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES FOR 2 HOURS. Horrible service horrible technicians horrible pharmacists. NEVER again. Went to walmart down the street and they had it out in 2 minutes.

Great location. Had my pharmacy order ready for pickup which I highly appreciated since pain killers were part of the order. Wasn’t a long wait. Sorta weird they were wearing mask for Covid but the girl was eating a banana during my visit. Place was clean and cool. Gave me a nice break from the heat outside.

Been switching between many CVS and other pharmacies in the past because of insurance, moving, what have you, and this one is BY FAR the worst one I've ever had to deal with. The pharmacist himself and the rest of the staff are some of the most rude, arrogant medical staff I've ever met. Pharmacist told me something about my medication no other pharmacist has ever claimed before, and my doctor confirmed he was INCORRECT when I told her. I hope he is removed at some point. Don't call, he'll just put you on hold for another rep when he gets tired of faking being helpful.

Schedule my vaccine appointment a week in advance, then arrived early as instructed, waited over an hour and then could not receive my vaccination at the CVS in Target on Cooper Street, it was a zoo of standing to wait only to be turned away...do not use this place for your vaccines!?
