I went here for medication for a painful issue, and they had no record of the prescription. I went home and called the urgent care, who confirmed they had sent it and even called the pharmacy to verify. I was told to come back in half an hour. In good faith, I gave them an hour.
They still didn't have it.
I called urgent care again—turns out CVS had my name wrong. I get back in line, and they tell me it’s not ready yet, but they’re going on break.
This is incompetence of the highest order. Avoid this place, your life might depend on it.

Dr Kurgat and CVS MinuteClinic saved the day for me. My PCP was booked out for weeks and I was needing care ASAP. Dr Kurgat was kind, professional, and thorough. Thank you once again for saving the day! I will be using this service again and recommending it.

Worst customer service ever the pharmacist was so rude and racist came for my daughter’s medication which was an emergency that we went from emergency at night. could have easily given us our medication but instead said that it’s gonna take 2-3 hours

My daughter's prescription was sent to the CVS pharmacy in Pleasant Ridge, Arlington, TX. I went onto the website to check the status and discovered that it was out of stock. I contacted CVS on 5/27/24 at 10:43 p.m. and spoke to the rudest associate who said his name was David. I accidentally contacted the provider line and he became disgustingly rude! He said, "pharmacy". I advised I was calling about my daughter's prescription. He said, 'How can I help you?" after I'd already told him why I was calling. He rudely said, "Well you called the provider's line! I said, "I will hang up and call again if that will help." I ended the call and called back. David said, "I don't know what's the attitude for!" I advised it was due to his deplorable customer service. I asked his name and proceeded to ask AGAIN about the status of my child's prescription. CVS, if this is how you want your store represented, you have found the right employee! I will be moving all of my prescriptions to Express Scripts going forward!

I don't know why all the negative reviews the pharmacist Chance was very helpful and respectful. He went over and beyond when he did not have to. Even though they were very busy he still took time out to help me. This is what I call great customer service.

Arrived at 4AM to find this sign on the door.(see 1st picture) If the hours on google maps are incorrect (it says its open 24 hours and on 2nd picture) either correct them or give disciplinary action to whoever put this sign up.

Scheduled an appointment with the minute clinic to have blood drawn and labs done. Upon arrival was told they did not do this type of thing, despite the appointment system having what I wanted done as one of like 5 options. Complete waste of time, either false advertising or lazy.

The Pharmacist is a complete jerk.I was answering his questions (what’s your DOB, name, etc.) for a prescription refill and asked me “if I was done talking.” Then when I questioned him being rude he was trying to justify it because he’s the manager.Chris is a miserable nobody!! Even tried to tell me his name was “Misty” when I called him out for being unprofessional.Reporting his license!!

The pharmacy worker konda rude when you call but when you see them in person they are normal the price here also kinda higher than other I'm going back toTom Tom they had lower prices over there. i hate to giving less stars so I'ma gave them 5 star anyway lol
