Driver tried running me off the road, he was actually a supervisor and told me to screw off when I called him out on it. Very unprofessional.

*** BEWARE *** Literally the epitome of trash customer service and predatory towing tactics. Racist women behind the desk are the ABSOLUTE WORST, snapping back at regular legitimate questions with threats and talking about how they don't have to do anything etc... Ordering people to leave for no other reason than the fact they knew they were wrong for their behavior in the first place. Who would leave a small woman in the rain at night in a poorly lit industrial area ALONE for the most part with their door locked during business hours because I asked a simple question? The questions mind you were very polite and nonthreatening " am I not allowed back there at all? Or just not without her? if I'm not allowed back there with her, how is she supposed to push a car in the rain by herself?"... Gee I don't know. 90 lb woman pushing a wrecked 3400 lb car in the rain 50 yards to the gate by herself. Hmm.. oh yeah that's super plausible. Oh wait. EVEN IF SHE WAS doing that, you diliberately drop 2 non moving vehicles behind it, one of which practically needs a forklift to move it and conveniently all the trucks and and drivers are out. So you've already sucked 400 dollars a day out of the car, we're trying to take it and you want to charge us AGAIN to bring it to the gate. AND have someone wait 3 hours in the rain on some truck to show up and move other crap out the way. Let's put another icing on that delightfully despicable cake. You have a driver show up to move the vehicles, shows up, doesn't move anything gets called away on another "pickup" and leave us waiting AGAIN to get a car that's been paid for hours ago. I 1000000% recommend that no one use this company for ANYTHING. The behavior of the dark haired pale skinned woman that kept deliberately trying to provoke me; as well as driving all the way across the parking lot to threaten me AGAIN when I was waiting minding my own business was ATROCIOUS. Absolutely disgusting human being. Honestly calling people that act like that human at all is far fetched in and of itself. I hope both are fired. And if they have some sort of ownership than the business be shut down. I can only imagine how they treat people in worse off positions.

Staff is rude. The lady who answers the phone is a female dog. No empathy or compassion at all. If you are a minority and have to deal with this business I wish the best for you because they will not be kind

They gave me quoted me one price and after the loaded me up on the trailer...i was told the price was doubled. I could understand if i had a long way to go but i was only 7 miles away fron the tow spot...afterwards i waited for a receipt but didnt get one...i guessss they want no record of the scam they pulled... bad business...i wish i could give them no stars
