Ended up buying both gowns!
I would like to see staff more vigilant, especially when the difficulty level is high while zipping these up, instead of searching (half zipped) for them throughout the department.
Also, Rich in handbags was so very helpful and patient in assisting me with a clutch to go with my dresses.

Coco in the shoe department was helpful to me when buying some full priced heels. However, she was extremely rude to my mom who was asking for a price check on some unmarked shoes and buying a few clearance pairs. She scolded my mom and said the shoes were in the wrong section. If you don't want to get asked for price checks, get a job that is not in customer service. If you get mad that shoes are misplaced do a better job at recovery and helping customers on the sales floor.

I was at Dillards at The Parks Mall this past weekend and the lady at the Clinique counter was very nice and very professional. I believe her name was Joyce. Maybe the supervisor I'm not sure. She actually helped me at several counters. She assisted me as if she had known me a long time. It's very hard to get good help like that nowadays. Kuddos to her.Thanks for hiring someone who seems to love customers!!❤️

I don’t usually leave reviews but for the James Avery specialist I just have too, and let me begin with Melissa greeting me with a warm smile making me feel very welcomed. Then I was very indecisive about what charms to get but she never lost her patience with me and provided me with her knowledge and personal opinions on all the charms which very much helped me choose the perfect gift for loved ones. She hands down is the kindest, nicest, and best employee Dillard’s has without a doubt, and you can expect to see me again buying more James Avery thanks to Melissa!!!!
