I would like to say that the people on the 3rd floor were just as nice as the people on the 1st & 2nd floors (the people on the 1st & 2nd floors were great!). I would like to say that my family was able to find the present for my mother, which was the reason we came to Dillard's.Sadly, I have no idea what the 3rd floor is like, or if the item we wanted was there, because YOU CAN'T TAKE A WHEELCHAIR ON AN ESCALATOR SAFELY.There was no accessibility for wheelchairs to the 3rd floor, as the elevator only goes to the 2nd.The trip will save me time in the future, as I won't be back for that reason.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant visit with the manager in the junior girls dresses department. I purchased an expensive dress for my daughter not knowing it was spilt apart at the seems on the back part of the arms on one side & the other arm was starting to come apart. My daughter hadn’t even worn the dress for the event she needed it for yet. I still had the tag, receipt, bag & hanger that the dress came with. I came to return it a few days later & the manager was as RUDE as could be. It was an immediate “NO, you can’t return damaged items”. Or “we don’t sell damaged products”. I was trying to explain to her I had no idea it was damaged or I wouldn’t have bought this dress. She wouldn’t even allow me to do an exchange! She was heartless, not understanding, clearly hates her job & shouldn’t be working where she does. I was so nice & calm. I continuously kept asking for another manager & all she said was she’s the only one. I asked for cooperates number & she said I can find it upstairs at customer service. I demanded she give me the number herself , she wouldn’t even give me her full name. FINALLY she calls for another manager & this man cared, & allowed me to get a gift cared for an even exchange at least. So thank you to that man!Her name is “Fanny” & she doesn’t need to be working where she does. She gives Dillards a bad name. After today I will never spend another dime at Dillards.

My recent Shopping Experience at Dillard's was very enjoyable and productive. Needed formal wear for upcoming Family Wedding. We found everything we needed for all members of our entourage! Even found a dressy outfit for my 5-month old Great-Grandson! Some items were single or double-discounted, and the quality was top-notch! We all were very pleased with our purchases. I recommend Dillard's highly!

My experience in the Women's Department for Plus-Sizes was a very enjoyable one. Vickie was absolutely fantastic!! She helped me find what I needed for my son's wedding and she didn't stop until she knew I was completely satisfied. She is a real asset to your company especially in this day and age when customer service seems to have disappeared and most places are really self-serve. I will come back to replenish my wardrobe after losing 60 pounds and not having shopped since way before Covid. I look forward to seeing Vickie again.

Donates more to conservative groups than any other retailer. Christian values and the best variety in brick and mortar shopping. Online shopping is a breeze, and items can be shipped to store or your home in a matter of days. Second to none!

Not a review, just wanted you to pay attention to this so I have you 5 stars, why is it that you truly to the 5 star "great" reviews, but not the upset customers. This are the ones you need to respond to. What is the logic behind not making things right with the upset customers, but thanking the happy customers, do both, but if you have to only do one, help the upset customers. This is what's wrong with customer service these days, if you don't like it then go somewhere else attitude. Sometimes that's appropriate, but most of the time, they just want to vent and be given a little extra care, it's that so hard? I mean it's not my business, but if I was the manager, you'd have a better satisfaction rate, and more profit. Contact me and I'll send over my resume if you're interested.
