I have had multiple bad experiences, especially with flat repairs on my tires. Everytime, with different vehicles, I have been going to discount tire in order to the the tire patched but the next day the tire will be flat again or sometimes multiple tires will be flat after the "SUPPOSED" flat repair. I'm never going to be a customer of Discount Tire, it's become a joke and they treat all customers like idiots that don't know they are getting scammed.

I went to go get only one tpms sensor because I only needed one .
3 sensors were reading just fine I could see the tire pressure on them before.
So they supposedly installed 1 sensor but after they gave me the car back I have no reading on none of the sensors not even the “ new” one.
I try to tell them about this and they gave me the run around.
Nobody told me this will happen
What a waste of an hour of my life and $67.12

I came here to get air & waiting an unnecessary 10 minutes because the car in front of me had issues well if someone is holding the line up get them out the line & acknowledge their issues without building a line up … getting air shouldn’t be more than 10-15 minutes AT MOST … when I got to the human helping he was kind so I gave an extra star but still my time is the most important

Came to get air...found out I need to get 2 tires plugged.
Was told by the service advisor to make a appointment and arrive at 7:30....only to discover they refuse to open their door until 8. Not nice at all...

Discount tire was very good. There was a phone volume war going on in the waiting room (2 immature males) that they should have done something about though. It was crazy!

I'm giving 3 stars bc one lad I dealt with was really cordial.. one was just awkward. And, being an awkward individual myself I give some room for weirdness, but this just made me uncomfortable. I came in a few months ago before I went on a road trip, and I talked to the first about what I needed/what I could afford. He was professional and told me about his concerns, which I understand, but at the time my wallet didn't have room for anything else. Tell me why this dude from the garage (after they've already started working on my car, mind you) came out to the lobby, sat next to me, and asked me ""why I'm only getting one tire" and "what's the real reason I can't get more, " - when I tell you I've never felt more cornered and embarrassed in my LIFE. There were only two other people in the lobby, but I KNOW they heard bc it was a quieter part of the day. To the blonde lad with the tattoos & mullet - you're grand. To the dark-haired comb over having one with the chip on his shoulder - get bent
I will say this, they had me in & out in a short amount of time especially considering the semi-last minute nature, but still.. Women already have enough of a hard time going to auto shops, don't make it worse by asking weird, personal questions in a business lobby

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt this was needed. The service that was provided to me today was beyond amazing.
In a state of stress, I pulled into the parking lot worried about the time that this flat tire has taken from me as I had so much planned in the afternoon. I was greeted by Carrington as soon as I exited my car, how amazing. I explained what had happened and with me not being a “car girly”, I needed a lot of help on what options I had. As he was inspecting my car, he was explaining the process step by step and even educating me on things I never knew about, like the importance of checking your car ALL. THE. TIME. When it was time to select the tires and purchase, I encountered a dilemma where my dad advised me to get a new set instead of just 2 tires, meaning more money that I didn’t have. I had made phone calls to my parents for solutions, and we decided to get a new set of tires. Mr Carrington then helped me in the best way he could with the purchase and it gave me a sense of relief from all the stress I was having. This is why I will always choose Discount Tire!!! I have never went anywhere else for my tires except this company and it’s never going to change!

just needed my tires filled one guy was on his way out cause they were super busy at the time but before he got to the door he asked if i needed anything when i told him i just needed air he said to go to my car and wait by the air station and within five minutes of my doing so someone was filling my tires and i was out there within 15 minutes of my arriving
oh also one of the workers has a super cool blue mustang so i appreciate him ✊️? #RyanTrahanTypeShii
