I’ve never had a bad experience here but Christian really helped out! I’ve been in a place where I knew I needed new tires. Even have just been airing up one that’s been failing. They finally kindly called me on it, let me know it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it was, and advised me on how to get the best deal. Made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait and they’re seriously as fast and organized as a little pit crew. Cannot recommend enough!

Another disappointment going here. I wanted tires for the front of my '99 Tahoe and asked for 225/70/15's they won't sale them to me because it calls for 235/75/15's . He said the load rating won't work on my truck. I've had my last visit there. It's always something why they won't help you. Thanks for wasting my time once again.

Always thought the store had good service and I can see now they really care about their customers. Never had a place reach out to me and really wanna make things right. I really love the work they do so I’m glad for them to care about their customers so much. Every business has young workers and we all have to learn and it seems they’re trying to teach their employees the right way to do business. I would recommend this place. Always been happy with their products and work.

I would give this place 0 out of 10 they are ruddddeee I was in this place for 2 hours! All of the non black people got in and out super quick. Also they got treated with so much care. While I was told nothing about nothing! Will never come back.

Just walked out and never going back to these thieves again. I asked for a tire and he ended up installing cheaper tires to add the warranty. I told him twice I don’t want the warranty, the first time acted like he didn’t hear me and the second time he just added to a cheaper tire hoping I don’t notice since the total price didn’t change!
I didn’t know these guys work on commission and do anything to rob you.

Even though the tire was repairable, the salesman came up with a dubious story about an “angled nail” and tried to convince me to buy a new tire.
Before starting the repair, he mentioned the condition of the tires, and I agreed to move forward. However, later he had a discussion with his manager about selling the tire, they both laughed, and their behavior became super sketchy to me.
I would recommend avoiding this store, especially if you’re unfamiliar with tires etc..

I was so impressed with the staff at this store. They greeted each and every customer and explained wait times for any delays. They were knowledgeable and quick. Carlos was extremely customer oriented as were all the guys there. Great job guys. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
