I have used this location twice in the past, and both had the same bad result. My truck needed the tires balanced because I was getting a shake over 45. The first time they said the tires were cheaper and that's just the brand. I took it to a different location and they said they were poorly balanced and once they fixed it, it was smooth as glass. Fast forward 6 months, I needed them to be rotated. I gave them another chance because they are close to my house. Once again, they shook really bad so I had to go back to another location to have them fixed. I like Discount Tire, but after all of the time they wasted, I would never use this location again.

My wife stopped by this location around noon on 09/03 because her low tire pressure light came on. Her Kia is 100% stock and the tires have all been purchased from Discount Tire in Midlothian. The "tech" proceeded to inform her that it was an issue caused by a defective patch/plug that was previously performed by Discount Tire. This service was covered by the warranty, but the tech then proceeded to tell her that her lug nuts appeared to be aftermarket and weren't the proper length. He then felt the need to convince her further by scaring her with the hypothetical that her wheels would fall off while driving if she didn't agree and have them replaced. I called the store later that evening and spoke with an assistant manager before I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. Follow up calls were unsuccessful. No notes from the tech were in the system under our account, probably just a coincidence. Female customers beware!

Went to this location last week for them to repair my tire. Picture below is what was in my tire. After waiting over an hour they come to tell me that they cannot fix my tire because there is a bolt in it and the hole was too big to fix. The guy told me he plugged it, then put a patch over it and it was still leaking so he couldn’t fix it. My other option was to buy a new tire for just under $400 dollars or leave with a leaking tire. I told him to put my spare on I didn’t want to get a new tire right then. A family member then takes said tire to a local tire shop where we are told there is absolutely nothing wrong with the tire and that it was patched and not leaking at all. Even showed him the patch and confirmed there was nothing wrong. Discount tire tried to pull one over on me and make me buy a new tire that was not needed! They sent me on the road with a spare tire and a jacked up sensor they didn’t even try to program for me. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff at this location should be ashamed of themselves. This needs to be addressed.

Last week I went to this branch specifically to have my tires balanced and to put air in one of them because it was showing on the dashboard of the car. To my surprise, when I left they gave it to me with the tire still low. After 3 days I heard something in the front tire, I took it to the mechanic and the surprise is that the tire had loose nuts. I have been buying them for more than 10 years.

One stop shop for tires, competitive prices and usually no up-selling. You can get in and out faster by making an online appmnt. Just know that it's not just the tire, it's install and everything that comes with it. However you can also apply for cc as a set of 4 for a particular vehicle can cost a wide range of $$.

All of my moms tires were balding, and she had no idea where to get her KIA serviced at. I went with her to Discount tire, and got her 4 new Michelin tires. They finished promptly, and at a fair price. Thanks guys.

Kevin ordered the front and rear tires for my Slk 280. And the next morning, they were mounted and balanced. Everyone did and excellent job. Also received a $75.00 rebate from Goodyear. Thank you.

They are always kind and quick. They handle the tire air pressure check and repair just as quick as the tire replacement even though they are free service.

This location is awesome. Went in for service on THREE of our cars last Friday- two tire rotations and one new set of tires- and was out of there in probably less than three hours. Granted I used the online appointment system for the rotations, but these kids were awesome. Been a DT customer for decades and I know the usual capabilities. But this location is as good as it gets.

I think they are a good group of helpful guys. I just don’t understand why a simple patch/plug requires the same long wait times as tire replacements. 45-60 minutes. Really!

I’ve been going to discount tires for years. This location may be the poorest in service that I’ve been to. I had a bent rim they told me they had a rim in stock that I could purchased to replace. They took a very long time so I left and came back. My car was ready but no one let me know. Two days later I notice that my hubcap was rattling. They put the rim on but the hubcap no longer fit. They didn’t tell me. They just placed it on top with out being secured in and left it that way. I’ve never experienced such poor service at a discount tire. I should have been told and given the option to move forward with buying the rim or waiting to find a fit or leaving the hubcap off.
