The fact that I can't go in there with my work backpack on, but they don't say anything about people having BIG as purses with them that could fit way more stuff than my backpack pack feels kind of idiotic!

I will never go into this store again. There is a red headed lady named Katherine/Katy that works in there and she is always so rude and insulting to customers. She has personally made the store look bad by picking fights about whos on register and whos on the floor with the other employees, in front of customers. She doesnt understand the coupon world AT ALL. And wont allow you to use the paper coupon 5 off 25 that is printed because she says it should be under the phone number. And if you question her about it she just tells you to get out and shes not ringing you up anymore. I am going to also write a review to corp/email she should not be in customer service. OR needs to go back to training. And telling people shes a MANAGER when clearly she is NOT. I would be suprised if I was the only one who has tried to call and complain about her. update: 10/30/23--no one has yet to reach me in resolving or even an apology. what a waste of time and i feel horrible for future customers who have to deal with her.

This store desperately needs attention or needs to be closed. It looks run down both inside and out. There is a really bad smell throughout the store. It smells like food that has gone bad or something rotten. There is a ceiling leak right in front of one of the cash registers where someone has put down a small plastic bin to catch the water. Corporate, please invest some additional time and money into maintaining this place. It's not fair to your employees who have to work in those conditions, and it's not overlooked by your customers.

I visited this location wanting to buy a few needed items. Before I started my shopping I was looking for a restroom. I then found an open area thinking maybe i will find a restroom here I then try to enter before Rosa stops me and can I help you in a very rude way. I then yes I’m looking for a restroom she then no we don’t public restrooms. Then she tells me plus you can’t go in there without permission. I’m like umm do I need permission to go to the restroom? She then tells me you just don’t have permission to enter. This was a very open area no signs of no entering or employees only. This location has a very rude and unprofessional assistant manager (Rosa). Rosa needs training in customer service she could deliver the message in a better way.

Went to this store this morning and needed a certain size Sprite. They had it but I couldn't get to it for the stock carts. I asked the manager and she more or less blew me off. There's another DG right up the street. Always clean with no stocking carts. Going there from now on. Found a new DG right down the street. Guess I'll eat some crow. Went there this morning and the store looked great. Debbie the manager was very friendly and helpful.

This store was decent about five years ago. Now, merchandise is all over the floor, the floors are filthy, the people "working" stand around by the one cashier that is actually working, instead of picking up, stocking the shelves or cleaning. It has started smelling like pee and a minor emergency clinic across the street.It needs attention from corporate asap.

They got nice people working there but the store is clogged up with their trucks trollies. Can't really move around, a lot of empty shelves. If you're in a wheelchair, some parts of the store you simply can't access. It's been a thing for a while now.

There are a lot of items I buy that are not available at other stores for this price. Friendly staff and stocking of items is done on Wednesday. I think they get stock on those days. But very near to my house and very convenient location.

Used to have Amazing customer service when Alex (Hispanic man) was running the store 4 years ago! Now they have a young Hispanic woman running the store and it has turned into trash! They play a recording while your shopping telling you that all customers are being watched. It is very unpleasant to shop here.

Not pointing my finger at this particular store but the Clover Valley brands are subpar. I purchased some hot dog buns at this store. Got them home....mold all over them. The main issue that I have at this DG is there are stock carts in front of things that I need and I have to push them out of the way.

Racially profiled me and my husband. Definitely felt uncomfortable shopping here, will never shop here again. They see people of color and automatically think they’re up to no good. I spent so much money on this company it’s ridiculous and to be treated nasty like that made me feel disgusted. I’m also 8 months pregnant the extra stress definitely is not needed. I honestly should probably talk it over with my lawyer. Never shop here. The one off fielder is much better
