You have a company logo or name on your name tag, Please treat customer with respect ,even if you are have a rough day. Arguing with customer just because they ask a question is not professional. Retail is great customer service skills, that sale even when nothing else does.

This place is poorly stocked and when I went inside, the radio was blasting so loud that the employees could not hear me. I had to go to the Tom Thumb in the same plaza. Pathetic!

Very poor customer service. Past couple of years cashiers are hard to get out of back to ring you out. One self check out and they expect you to use it even if people are waiting. Staff would rather stay in office or stock room and are irritated when asked to take our money to check out. Sorry for the people that have to use this store do to transportation issues. I luckily can go elsewhere.

No one can be found when it’s time to check out. And the last time I went in the cashier was literally on her phone talking
to someone on speaker. She said be right back and I immediately went to self check out once it was free. Not trying to be a Karen but basic customer service don’t look like that.

The people here are nice, never had an issue with themThe store itself? Everything here, in my perspective, is expensive unless it was convenient but it's not. The main reason I came here was for Cashback but not even that, don't see why it's called Dollar general, won't be coming here again, that's a guarantee

The employees are always very nice, friendly and helpful. The store for the most part is always nice and things are on the shelves nice and neat, except for the middle isles. It's extremely difficult to see some of what's there because they are very unorganized and completely over stuffed with things and it's impossible to get a cart down a few because things are overstuffed on floor as well. I think the isles there are too close maybe because the rest of the store is always really nice with plenty of room.
