Red hair older Guy, because he is not a gentleman was very RUDE! Lady behind me cussed him out for me. I asked for a price check and he said he didn't have time for that he had a billion and one things to do and it hurts my store when I cancel items. I said what time can you do it then, lady behind me stated she would wait. When he mumbled something under his breath and checked on it. He then said it was full price ( item was sitting in the 50% off) I then said no thanks when he proceeded to say of course not I already knew it and walked away from the register to put it away knowing I still had a line behind me and items that I was going to buy. This is not the first time I've came in and this guy has has an attitude. Last week he told me not to touch items in the clearance section because they weren't on clearance yet... and a couple days after that I saw him arguing with another client. And this is who trains employees? He was training a boy and telling him, we don't check prices they either buy it or they don't! What kind of service is this! If you don't like your job then don't work there!

This store (1527 s bowen rd ) is always stocked and beautiful when you walk into the store,it's the best one around all the other dollar general stores around my area are never stoked and very rude i.e the one on green Oaks rd 76006 area hint hint.but not this place I drive all the way hear just to shop in peace and find the things I NEED and they have it, Also the best 2 people who work their are Teresa and Mark they are always here and busy but still have time to be nice with a smile and help when asked every time. This store needs to be a model store for all the other's. This place really out does them self for customers

This dollar general is so cute it's very clean and has everything I need.Also this location has all the best looking house decor all of the other DGs suck at having updated decor styles..this DG is a goldmine

I love the Dollar General store! They have just about everything! I especially love the sales. On my most recent visit they were having a sale on the yellow dot and green dot ticketed items, they were buy one get one free! Some other items were buy one get one half off. Dollar general is also a great store to get cleaning products. You can save even more if you have the app on your phone. Make sure you use you coupon that's printed on your receipt. It's usually for five dollars off your purchase of twenty five dollars or more on the following Saturday. Along with purchasing items that are already on sale, you can get a great deal and save some cash!

This store is out of stock on everything!!! I've been going there for years but not again. In fact.....all Dollar Generals have gone down the tube.

I had so much fun finding items to do my candy bags for Valentines Day!! I made over 32 bags and I found it in this store instead of going to Sam’s Club or Walmart.

Very dangerous- someone can go crazy and assault you there. Never look talk or do anything in the store they might hear you and take it as a fight. Hoodlums loook like they just got out of prison.

Even though there was only one staff member in the store, she was so helpful and kind. She knew some folks that came in by name! You can tell she likes people and her job. They also had everything that I was looking for.
