People in here have terrible attitudes ones on the phone while the other one just sits there on her phone ignoring me at the register. They didn't even say anything to me when I left the store. This was at 9:45 at night.

I was there this morning around 10 am. I was having asthma attack and the lady said what the hell? I heard the workers talking about me and run it the back. Very rude and unprofessional. I won’t go back

I'm not a big fan of self checkouts, works at Dollar Tree , but need to add more, so someone checking out with 1 item shouldn't have to wait for someone with a full cart.

The store was clean and organized. I found what I needed quickly and was able to check just as quick. This location has 4 self check out registers which made everything run smoothly.

Just left here. It's 9:56pm. Not only did the manager lock the door behind me while texting on his phone and zero interaction but he also made an announcement at 9:50pm they were closing in 5 minutes. Then, he came down the aisle less than a minute later to tell me verbally that again that they close in 5 minutes. First of all, how rude to do that to someone. Secondly, you closed and locked the door behind me at 9:55pm. This store closes at 10pm. I've worked in sales over 20 years including retail stores half of that time and I wouldn't of had a job if I ever told a customer that. I'm mad but seriously also surprised. This is 1st time I've seen an actual person working there in a while. Most of the time the store is a mess and there isn't a worker to be seen. You check yourself out here. I can only imagine the theft that takes place due to lack of workers available. They're always in that office talking. You can hear them. This store is close to my house but from now on, I'll take my business elsewhere. The only reason and I mean ONLY reason you got two stars is because the lady checking out was kind.

Clearly I'm not the only one that had to deal with this lazy today. Lying full of people in an elder woman asked her for help and her response while texting was "she's not open"... It's bad enough I have to scan all of my items bag them. That's after I have to search all the lines to find some bags since there were none in self checkout. But this is what y'all pay people for

Review from 2024-Only 1 employee in the entire store! On her phone with headphones so she couldn't even hear me speak to her! When she did finally notice me she never even said a word! Its all self check out now, very disappointing. Dollar Tree used to say hello to everyone that walked in but now you cant even get a response from an employee. And all the prices have gone up, for what? They have less costs with fewer employees, very sad and disheartening. I will not return here!
Review from 2020-Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, had a horribly rude tone and actually rolled their eyes at me when I asked where an item was. Store floor lookes dingy, making the whole store look dirty. I give them 2 stars only because they have a better selection than other dollar trees in the area.

Ran in looking for something specific. there were two workers. one immediately started talking about how they were trying to close up (while he stood talking with co worker) mind you it was 20 minutes till close (9:40pm). I looked at him and said we will be quick and won’t take long. He proceeded to complain about it the whole 7 minutes we were there. we were checking out at 9:47pm. As soon as we got to checkout he went to the office and when he came out he passed us and told the cashier who was checking us out to lock up the doors. Very rude. I know for some expectations for a dollar tree aren’t high, but this was beyond rude. As many of the reviews stated similar. it has to be this same employee. We checked the time they closed and knew what we were looking for when we went in.
