Kimberly the dollar tree manager allowed a woman to steal from the store today. Marissal the cashier realize the transaction was still on her registered and that time wanted to call the police until an employee from the AutoZone next-door became to agitated and this he seemed to confused Marissal. I asked Marissal for permission to call out to the woman who had left and went outside, to try and get her back inside to either complete her transaction or perhaps have Marissal press shoplifting charges for failure to pay and leaving with the merchandise which is against the law. Kimberley then came out of nowhere, demanding to know what happened, would not listen, shut all of us down, then assumed the shoplifter’s identity by completing the transaction still on the electronic card reader device, refused to allow the shoplifter a chance to finish her transaction, and would not print out a receipt, then get back to work. In no way was a safe environment available, the allowance of shoplifting only asked for thieves to come in and take what they want. For a store manager to assume someone’s identity is quite troubling and at the least the District Manager should investigate and possibly press charges against Kimberley.

Tried to return some items with a receipt, but the manager Kimberly refused! She has her own policy that if it wasn't bought at her store, she will not expect it! This is very inconvenient as a long-time customer. This store also has a smaller selection than other stores and is out of items on a regular basis. I will not be giving this store any more business due to Kimberly and her inconvenient policies.

Brought the item back with the receipt within 30 days and the original condition and the original will not take a return would rather lose my business and definitely over$1.25 God is very poor business practice and also against state law

Just left there and literally waited almost 30 minutes in line because some young kid decided to be disrespectful towards the cashier because she couldn’t sell him a keychain laser and then tried to steal it and leave and the manager did nothing about it while getting upset with the employee she obviously don’t know how to do her job and whoever child that was you need to teach your child some respect and discipline your child before he ends up in jail or cross the wrong one so cooperate you need to hire people who actually will protect their employees and customers I’ve been a manager and she was so wrong

Nice store, but very poor management. The manager Alyssa is so unprofessional. I’m more concerned on who hired her? I’ve witnessed her nasty attitude in front of customers and her snapping at employees. I’m totally disgusted!!!!

I was literally bullied by the check out girl while waiting in her long line. I turned around to grab some thing off and end cap next to our line. She yelled at me for holding up the line. Then, when I calmly said, you don’t have to be rude, she acted like it was a joke, but then continued to make passive aggressive comments to the other customers until I left. This was AFTER her making another girl check out my purchase. I was floored by her behavior. I’ll never shop at this location again.

The store is very clean and organized. I guess because I came during slow or downtime. The cashier was very polite and courteous.

This is quickly becoming my favorite Dollar Tree. It is always so clean and well stocked (I just jinxed it, didn’t I?). And the staff is actually helpful AND friendly! WOW!
