Last month, I purchased a vehicle from Don Davis. When I was considering the purchase, I noticed that the rear reflector was broken and barely hanging on. I mentioned this to Yasseen Malas, who agreed to replace it. He stated that it would take some time to repair it. I was fine with that and offered to leave the vehicle there for repair.
When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that instead of replacing the reflector, they had simply glued it back together, and it looked unsightly. I expressed my concerns and stated that I couldn’t leave the vehicle there indefinitely. Yasseen promised to resolve the issue by replacing the reflector, saying he just needed to consult with his parts department. I took the vehicle home, believing the matter would be addressed.
However, after I left the store, Yasseen stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. I reached out daily for a week, but it became clear that he had no intention of following through on his promise. Once the sale was made, my concerns were no longer a priority. Do not expect customer service when you go to Don Davis.

Bought a brand new Lincoln from this place. Car needs work because there are significant engine problems (only 50K miles) and cannot be driven.
They have had the car over 10 days and I still have not gotten a phone call or an update. However - the most frustrating part is the lack of loaner cars they offer.
My wife will be without a vehicle for north of 3 weeks when it’s all said and done because the dealer is not equipped to provide - what you would think is reasonable customer service - for a luxury brand. This would never, in a million years happen at Sewell.
How do you market yourself as a luxury car dealer, selling luxury vehicles, yet provide the worst possible customer service for the people who are spending a premium for the Lincoln brand???

We walked in with exact details of what we were looking for and they delivered. We will definitely return for future purchases.

Well I’m here to tell ya Don Davis Dodge is where Hank Hill would buy a new or used vehicle for his family. It’s safe to say that Cotton Hill would feel at ease. Peggy and Bobby wouldn’t want to be anyone other than themselves while chatting with the friendly staff. Dale can be as strange as he wants and Boomhauer is wearing his badge loud and proud - this is the chill factor you’ll find while you shop for your next new Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler or used American made automobile at the Don Davis Auto Group in Arlington, Texas.

Had my 2011 Ford Focus go nutso on me and towed into Don Davis for repairs. The repairs appear to have worked (just got it back yesterday). The issue I had with them was taking eight days to get to it. Once they did, actually fixing it was fast.
My advice is to be sure you have a spare car. Their service department is pretty backed up.
