If you need auto body repair Ken and the other staff were amazing. He was professional, understanding and was the best advocate dealing with the insurance and the repair. He kept me informed of the progress and they did a fabulous job on the repairs . If I could give them 10 stars If I could. I would recommend them for anyone trying to get auto body repair.

BUYER BEWAREPSA: Buyer Beware. Car was left in service for two days to fix the license plate light assembly module light/box under the famous CareGuard "comprehensive" add on (supplemental to manufactures warranty) and then I was told they wont cover it when they originally said they would. To add insult to injury they said I needed to pay $260.00 to fix so I could pass the state inspection. I left of course and went to Auto Zone and for $17.36. Id def go somewhere reputable for peace of mind.

These people never answer their phone when I call to check on the status of my car. Been calling for 3 days now and not getting anywhere. Very frustrating. Update: my car has been there 2 months now and everytime I call no one answers. I have received only 1 email since my car has been there. They said they are waiting on a part. Poor customer service. Can't even answer the phone when a customer tries calling to see the status on their car. Never will bring my car here again.

I really regret having to put lower stars here because they’re doing a lot of things right. They did a wonderful job on the body of my car and gave me constant updates through the process.
However, just before I dropped my car off my engine light turned on and my car stuttered while shifting gears. When I brought it in I made special mention of this and asked them to look at it while working on all the other body parts. When I came back to get my car, the engine light was off, so I assumed all was well. A day after I brought it home, the light came back on. I called the Body Shop and they told me that the check engine light read as an error that had been cleared by a previous mechanic, so they just cleared the alert and didn’t look into it any further, even though I specifically notified them about it. When you drop off your car for repairs, you presume they are going to repair all the things that need to get done. Now ive spent significant money and had my car in a shop for weeks only to have to go to another shop somewhere else and get this issue attended to.
Again, I dont like leaving negative reviews, but from a customer angle this is incredibly frustrating and time consuming.

Firstly, mybcar was not involved in a car wreckm it had minor damage due to a side swipe. Overall Service and communication was BAD!They did a good job on the body and paint. They had my car for 1 month and 3 weeks. They blamed the insurance and parts delays. But never offered me a rental. Or an updated time frame of completion. Red Flagg from the get go, which I ignored was they never game me an estimated time frame. An update on the time frame would've been nice. They waited until they delivered my car to inform me my window would not be fixed, smfh. If you have a spare car or insurance that will cover rental throughout the duration AND your okay with being kept in the dark throughout the process, I'd recommend them. Otherwise your better off at mom and pop shops, who have better reviews.
