I took my 2009 Ford expedition xlt to be serviced here a month ago. First off, every time I called for a progress update, my service tech was never available! So they finally fixed the electrical problem. But driving home after 5 miles, my engine started to smoke. Then, they never fully reconnected my battery lines. On top of that, now when I lock my truck, the alarm continues to come on. I have to leave it unlocked! Conclusion is that I now have more problems than I had b4 taking my vehicle in! They did a horrible job, and I wish I could sue, but it'll be my word vs. theirs. I paid 800 for a problem they really only made worse. Oh, and I'm missing a few nuts and bolts under my hood!

I’ve had multiple jobs for my 2011 Titan 4x4 done here (yes I know not even a Ford) from oil, to differential upkeep, to brake change. The service I receive and the time my truck was returned to me is second to none hence why my Nissan goes here. So thank you to Austin H. And Randy A. Till the next time boys!

Great sales mangers got involved and helped my newer salesperson on any questions, they took very well of me on my trade and made me feel at home. Service went well on first trip back I hate when everything goes down hill after you buy. Not this time.

I took my vehicle in for service. I made an appointment online and detailed the work I needed to be completed. On the day of the appointment, I spoke with the service advisor and explained what I needed. He then told me the service tech that would need to work on the issue was backed up, and it would be 2 weeks before he could even look at my vehicle. He told me I would have to leave my vehicle at the dealership for him to put me on the list. I told him I didn't want to leave my vehicle sitting in the parking lot for 2 weeks, and also mentioned it would be too inconvenient to be without my vehicle for such a long time (This repair would take less than 20 hours of labor time) and asked if they could just put me on the list and call me when he would have time to work on my vehicle. I was told that would be too complicated. So I decided to hold off on that repair, since again, 2 weeks was unreasonable to be without a vehicle. I still needed an oil change, and a minor repair to my battery hold-down (30 minute fix). I waited 2.5 hours until my vehicle was ready. When I went to pay, I learned they didn't even look at my battery hold-down that I specifically requested be addressed. So I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change/multi-point inspection only. The only reason I went with 2-stars over 1-star is because Marcie (who was not my service advisor, but communicated with me a lot more than my actual service advisor) was extremely helpful. I learned my original service advisor didn't even write the battery issue up to be addressed. So now I got to leave with only an oil change, and none of the repairs I needed to be completed.I would expect Don Davis to read my appointment details and communicate their back-log with me before showing up the day of my appointment. After expressing my frustration when they called me to ask about my experience, I received a phone call from my original service advisor, apologizing for the experience. How did he try and repair my bad experience? He just offered to get me a quote on my battery hold-down repair that I needed... which wasn't really much help at this point. Oh well.

Second time using them for service and I believe I finally found a home to have my vehicle service from now on. Updating my review, I did have one little issue with overheating after service but they’re not the only ones that didn’t catch it for being low because I take it in constantly for oil changes. All they missed was a low fluid level on the water. Initially, I thought that could’ve caused an exhaust leak. Since previous review. Come to find out it was totally unrelated. They got the parts in and will have my vehicle ready in a day. I would recommend them. My service advisor was great, friendly atmosphere. I wish I could update my Ford review. Next time I’ll wait before I review.

I'm so sorry that I ever set foot in this dealership. They did entice me with a decent product and price on a big F250 SuperDuty truck. But as everyone knows, it's SERVICE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. Bar none, in my 61 years on this earth, I have never, ever been so mistreated and repeatedly lied to by an alledged service department!!!!!!Gladly give anyone that asks details about my dealings and the abuse I've endured.DON'T WALK, BUT RUN AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST CAR COMPANY.BTW, yes, I've asked for management to return my calls and whatnot.. To no avail. They're no doubt getting plenty rich without any accountability!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!

Never dealt with Don Davis Ford before but I needed another truck and they had it in stock. I went down bought the truck and everything was fine except the truck didn't come with the badges. I was told they are on order multiple times, I was told they have them. I drove 40 miles to the dealership twice and they didnt have them. I asked them to mail them to to me and I would put them on. They still haven't showed up. It's been 8 months since I bought the truck. Once you buy the vehicle from these guys the customer service becomes non-existent. I buy a new truck every 2 years but it won't be from Don Davis Ford.

Don Davis, one of best Ford dealers I did business with, I live 30 miles away, and many dealers near by, but I drove this distance because of their care, respect and helpful no tricks and always you got a good deal with them.Keven is the sales person I worked with he is really helpful, supportive and straightforward, as well as the rest of the team from sales to finance and management.

The employees were very nice and did a very good job of taking care of my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi Platinum. I only trust my car with Ford dealers. The only thing I would have liked was my car to be washed, I’m not sure if you’re supposed to tell them or not, other Ford dealerships have done it for me automatically, but other than that, great!

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting two customers reported that they had issues with service department. One customer reported that they discovered that their oil had not been changed. The other reported that the tires weren't rotated (spouse used chalk) to mark. Well, a short time after my service or what I thought was a service. I discovered that all my fluids were low (dangerously low). You may want to consider another service facility. Careless mistakes, mishaps or blatant lies regarding services performed could costs you tons of $$$ or your vehicle all together.

This place will go above and beyond for any concerns or problems that arise while purchasing a vehicle. This is my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased. Hopefully ford will restock inventory of the new F250’s and I will go for a 3rd. They don’t pressure you during the sale. The moment I signed my paperwork they got a notice that my interest rate went even lower so they had no problem redoing all paperwork for it. Great job Don Davis Ford!!

Drove from El Paso to Don Davis Ford to look at a Ford F250 Lariat and arrived at closing time. Sales, sales manager, and finance Mgr agreed to wait for me since I was making the drive from El Paso and was ready to buy. I did not like the F250. It felt like a very light truck with little amenities. I decided against the purchase and was shown a 2021 F150 Platinum with 19k miles. Given the lateness in being at the dealership and knowing dealer would be closed the following day, I test drove the vehicle, agreed on a price and I decided to purchase vehicle. Sales manager indicated this was a one owner vehicle that was traded in on a new expedition and had a clean car fax. I drove vehicle back to El Paso and then in daylight hours went through examining the vehicle and was not able to find codes for key pad, resulting in having to take to local Ford dealership for re coding key pad. This service was $160, since the previous owner had no recollection of code. I was not able to reconfirm that the previous owner was the first and only owner or if in fact he purchased the vehicle from someone else. While at local dealer, I also asked them to check on a slight unevenness where left front fender and bumper meet. Body shop Mgr and two other estimators concluded that truck had previous damage and that some wrk had been done to it. Very disappointed to know that I had just spent $70k on a truck that presumably was a one owner vehicle with no history of any damage. I informed the sales person at Don Davis Ford who had only been at the dealership a short time, with little to no sales experience and received no response. Buyer beware since car fax means nothing. Anyone can simply take their damaged vehicle to a non dealer shop and not report previous accidents which are then not shown on a car fax. New buyer then purchases vehicle and ends up with a vehicle that is sold as in excellent condition with no “reported” history of previous damage. “Reported” history is key word. Given my trip of almost 10 hrs to purchase a vehicle from Don Davis, I would have expected a lot more with respect to responsiveness, credibility on the part of the dealer, and some willingness to say we are sorry you ended up with a vehicle that did not meet your expectations. There are numerous dealers throughout the country and I could have gone to any other one but opted to purchase from them since I honestly thought they had the perfect truck at the right price. I have several other vehicles and do not consider my car buying experience as a first but am able to recognize when a dealer provides excellent service vs when they simply ignore you and chalk it up to another sale.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation , the whole process went smoothly. No long wait time (30-45min). They even offered free coffee and donuts
