This location is wonderful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman I think it was Shelly. I was just going to browse around on my own but she immediately asked me some questions about what I was into and I had a hoodie on but I lifted it up a bit to show her a shirt I got from a different DXL location about year ago and in 2 seconds she knew which brand it was and everything. I have been working on losing a little weight And she suggested some size options I probably wouldn't have considered on my own. She was super thoughtful and helpful. The dressing rooms are so cool as well. They are like a copper color that almost looks like a vat or tank and they are on sliding rails and super heavy duty very roomy as well. I usually don't care about dressing rooms but they we very like cyber punk style never seen anything like it very nice. After checking out she packed everything up real nice placed my items in a bag and walked around the counter to hand it to me. She knows how to be a people pleaser. So refreshing to find such good customer service seems rare these days. I will without doubt be visiting again. I hope Shelly is there!

The store had reasonable prices. Lots of selections. However, I was there over 20 minutes and no one offered to help me. A girl said hi to me and that was all. Maybe because I looking through the clearance section. Either way, customer service for me wasn't good this time around.

The clerk was EXTREMELY helpful, competent, & empathetic. I think his name was Bob? Waistcoat pocket & watch chain. Make him manager ( if there’s an opening & he wants it).

My husband was in desperate need of some nice dress clothing for his larger frame. After striking out at MensWarehouse; We drove over to DXL where Axel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and tailored my husbands look accordingly. Despite my husband board shoulders Axel was able find a perfect fitting dress shirt, slacks, shoes and matching tie. He didn't even have to take body measurements. I was extremely impressed and will be returning to this store in the future.
