Very friendly and polite service. I don't like the fees to ship things these days, so I'll just be online shopping from now on, but that's not the store's fault. Will use them again for sending cards/stamps for sure.

When it absolutely, positively has to be there on time, I won’t use these guys any more! I was told a FedEx delivery would be made on time and was charged an amount that seemed high but I paid it nonetheless. The delivery was not made and according to FedEx, will not be until another 3 days. When I asked about the delay, the store told me FedEx failed to scan the package on time. Interestingly enough, the scan that was reported was at 5 pm yesterday, not 5 pm 3 days prior; and I believe the 5 pm time is when FedEx normally makes their pick up at this location. What I did receive when inquiring at the store was “it’s not our fault they didn’t scan it until they did”…typical pass the buck excuse if I ever heard one.

Not a USPS office regardless of posted signs and Google results showing them as one. It's more of a USPS pickup location. Rates are astronomical in comparison to actual USPS office.

Great service! This is not a post office for shipping. They do have mail boxes. You can ship from here using FedEx. It can be expensive, depending on where your package is going.

Two guys behind the counter. One of which is obviously the manager. Acts put out and speaks condescendingly to me every time I'm in. So put out by customers. The other kid seems like he's learned to put up with him. If you've ever seen the Simpsons this guy is the ponytail guy that runs the comic book store. Spot on !

Stood in line for more than half an hour because of "slow" computers and had to listen to the Chatty Cathy at the counter yak and yak and yak, when she started singing Christmas songs with one of the customers that was too much. I guess she couldn't hear the comments and see all of the eyes rolling from a long line of customers holding heavy boxes. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with that woman all day. I don't think I will go back, very unpleasant place. It used to be a great, guess they changed hands.
