Trustworthy shop and owners. I had my Honda Odyssey transmission replaced here after it proved to have issues. They let me take my time in making a decision and then exceeded expectations in getting the work done quickly. Ken and Stephen are both stand-up guys.

I had a wonderful experience with Eagle Transmission Shop in Arlington, TX. Ken was knowledgeable and transparent with regards to what my car needed. It is rare to find people nowadays who are honest and not trying to make a quick buck off of you. I highly recommend this transmission shop to anyone in need of these services in DFW metroplex.

I'm very thankful for this company, they paid for my towing they didn't rush to see what the issue was, and they didn't charge me a thing, also told me the truth instead of trying to get me to pay for things ro be worked on the car that didn't have to be.I would give them more stars....I would refer them to everyone.-Rumer

Worst experience ever. Even had to involve Arlington police. Originally was referred to Eagle Transmission by another mechanic shop that did not work on transmissions. The manager named Ken at Eagle Transmission told me he would tow my car at no charge and would be happy to fix it through warranty. He said it would take about 2 weeks bc the warranty companies were not quick to respond. 1 week later, Ken calls me to tell me warranty approved repairs but that the repairs they approved would not be efficient. He told me for $3500 extra, he could get it fixed completely. I explained to him that it needed to be fixed through warranty as that was the reason it was purchased. After this conversation, almost 2 weeks go by without any follow up from Ken. When I called, he told me he has 150 cars to fix and he can't tell me when my car will be done. Ken also informed me that he didn't care if I was unhappy with his company or their customer service. The following week, I get a call from Ken saying that the warranty company didn't cover all the parts and if I wanted my car back, I can pay him for the parts or deal w the warranty company myself. He hung uo on me when i told him i am not paying for things that we never agreed to. I immediately called Ally warranty and they said they had zero problem paying and that Eagle Transmission did not submit the paperwork needed to pay. Finally after this was handled, Ken let me know that he was charging me $125 for the tow he originally said was free bc now my insurance company did not cover the charge. I paid the additional fees and voiced my frustration that Ken was gouging me for money. He then refused to release my car after being paid in person until I signed off on paperwork that I did not agree to. I had to call police to have them handle the situation bc Ken threatened to fight me for speaking up against his bad business handling. Once the police officers negotiated for him to give my keys back, he suddenly wanted to refund the $125 fir the tow he charged me. If that is not an admission of guilt, I am not sure what is. STAY AWAY!!! THE POLICE WARNED NE THAT I COULD HAVE HAD TO GO TO CIVIL COURT AND SUED HIM TO GET MY CAR BACKKen's last statement to me was also that I shouldn't be surprised if my car breaks 5 minutes down the road. I now have to take to another specialist to make sure he hasn't vandalized my vehicle or intentionally messed something up

I took my 2016 F-150 on Monday, Spet.11th to Ken and he had my vehicle ready by the end of the week on Friday. I am pleased with the timeless and professionalism provided by Eagle Transmission. I was quoted an estimate that seemed to be a little high but I guess that is normal when fixing transmissions. I did like being able to pay everything over the phone. I had a quick overview of what to expect and if any problems occur to come back to Ken and he will get it taken care of. Would like to have gotten another quote or 2nd opinion but given no time to really make a sound decision. Overall good, reliable, and professional guy to do business with.

I took my car in for suspected transmission issues. Ken was very nice and informative on the issues with my car issues. He was also kind enough to direct me to someone who could possibly help due to the fact there were not any transmission issues found with my car. I would highly recommend them for transmission services.

Ken was so friendly and ready to help. He took the time to talk through the process and was very willing to have the same conversation several times with different people so I could make the most informed decision. The only reason this is not getting 5 starts is that he mentioned that he would call me in 2 business days with an idea about the issue. It was 4 buisness days before I called. I understand that they have a lot of work. Even without an answer I would have appreciated staying informed. Outside of that they did the best to help calm my nerves and keep me informed.

Will never go there again. Had 3 transmissions rebuilt the third time there was some words and they didn't even rebuilt it and it is under warranty. Had to take to dealership so they can tell me what eagles had done. Will be taking them to court on this. Spent 15000 dollars for 3 rebuilt transmissions and they will not honor the warranty. I don't have reverse in my truck. Ken will never get my buiness again. WILL NOT RECOMMEND... DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH EAGLES TRANSMISSION

I want to start by saying that Ken is an angel and all the guys (Jeff, Frank). I first had my 2010 Mustang at Eagle transmission back in 2018 and they did transmission service on it and got me back on the road in a couple of days without trying to sell me anything extra. This time around, my Mustang needed a complete overhaul. I thought about just selling as is or putting it in a junk yard, but Ken really worked with me and made arrangements with me. They kept my Mustang until I was able to pick it up. They are open, honest, and fair. And they can grill some good bbq! I highly recommend taking your car by there if you're having transmission trouble!

I contacted Eagle Transmission from a referred and glad I did. It wasn’t the cost that caused me to choose them but Mr.Ken customer service. He clearly enjoys what he does and it shows. His communication was excellent and honest being careful not to over promise and under deliver. He provided an estimate on cost but was cautious about estimating time due to things out of his control such as parts availability and shipping. He did promise to do everything to get my truck back quickly as I was scheduled to leave town in a few days. I dropped it off Sunday night for a Monday start and it was back in my driveway that week on Friday. Mr.Ken and his team did everything they said they’d do and you can’t ask more than that.I highly recommend Eagle Transmission.
