I placed an order yesterday for a 1 hour delivery that never arrived. I called this morning to check the status and the person who answered said they could not help me and hung up. I tried to call back again and they hung up on me. I tried again and they would not answer the phone. I have used EA for the last 20 years and I have never received this kind of service until this and a couple weeks ago. The order my wife received for Valentine’s Day two weeks ago was not fresh but mushy. Both of these orders were from two different cities mind you. We have enjoy the delights from EA over the years but if this the way they are going to continue doing business, I will just go to Melting Pot for their chocolate fondue.

I had stopped at the store off Harwood. Abd it was closed more than 5 hours early. So I called this location off fielder. They were open , but said they closed early today. At 4 they said . The employee agreed to make my order. I arrived 20 minutes later. She said she got many more orders recently called in . Asked if I could wait 20 minutes longer.I realize customer service went away long ago. The lady who was working here made all attempts to keep a customer happy. Perhaps your corporation should change your website hours. We may close whenever we choose, without notice

Received a edible arrangement and the fruit was not fresh and mushy.I've called 5 times today to get this rectified and no response from edible.Very disappointing ?!

For a holiday you would have excepted to be more pre paired. Instead of we don't except walk in customers you did not even try to help me this is the 2nd time your stores have burned me yall can count on not having my service.

I ordered an anniversary gift! Should have read the reviews like another user posted! Take a look at the custom number I paid 5$ extra for! The number 3 completely fell apart and I had to do the circles on the number 8 myself because they were non existent! Will never order from here again!

Strawberries were good! My issues are communication1. I called to find out about delivery times, and was told that they have a long delivery queue, and that they will deliver all residential stops first, but that all residential deliveries would be complete by 7pm. I said “okay great, an evening delivery is perfect” (all good, Im happy)2. I called again after placing order to confirm they got my order, and that they saw my “please call ahead 30 minutes so I could ensure smooth delivery” note. And they did! (all good, Im happy…)3. Then I got a call at around 2:20pm saying they were 15 minutes away. So I checked with girlfriend, wasn’t there, and told the driver I was earlier told to expect an evening delivery, he said “I can make it my last stop in the day”. To which I replied, can you do between 6 and 7 pm? He said yes4. Then I got another call before 5:30 pm that driver is 20 minutes away. I got lucky that my girlfriend was home early. I almost canceled delivery and wanted to just come and pickup tomorrowIt was very frustrating, I tried to ask up front about what to expect, and I asked each office person and driver at every step, if the plan as I understood it was correct

Leaving a review all the way from NC! My niece recently moved to Prarie View and unknowingly I ordered to her old address. The driver called and realized my mistake and was able to re route to her new address. Thank you for saving her birthday!

Made my arrangements later in the day. They called to change it to the next day and now, they said I’m sometime after 3 and haven’t even refunded my same day delivery. Highly disappointed with this location.

Don't recommend this place. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday. I received the chocolate covered strawberries, however upon the delivery, with the balloon was missing! Called numerous time and Noone called me back!! I paid for something I didn't get!

Manger Cynthia hired my 18 year old daughter to work without completing any paperwork and telling her she would be paid through Zelle. She called her in for an interview at noon on Monday, hired her on the spot and she stayed until 5. She continued to work the following days from 9am until 7pm with a 30 minute break. I questioned my daughter about her experience on the new job which is how I discovered no tax documents were done only a paper application and a computer log in that I told her to at least get a picture for proof. After my daughter was fired because she needed to leave at 6 she hasn’t been paid. I called and spoke to Cynthia on today who basically said my daughter was a temp and doesn’t have a date to get paid… even though she was told pay is weekly. Would not even provide the owner/corporate info.Crazy part my daughter only applied here after an order she placed for me on Valentine’s Day I raved about. At this point I wonder how many people are working under the table or not getting paid.

I was supposed to get an order on my birthday & they never came, never communicated about why my order didn’t get delivered even tho it was paid for. Called the next day in the morning got an excuse of they didn’t have enough drivers, so I would get it today & be first in line since I am 12 minutes away from them. It is now 4pm & I am calling them again because I still do not understand where my order is & they close at 6pm. I am on hold I just want a full refund now because I’m sure it will not be fresh.

The manager is rude. If you have any issues they will not cancel a same day order, even if you ask for cancelation BEFORE they make your arrangement. I called to make sure they hadn't started it, it wouldn't arrive in time and it was too far for pick up. Knowing I wanted the order canceled they made it anyway and then called me to tell me they made it anyway and it was not going to be canceled, but not without being incredibly rude. Next time, I'm just going to pick up flowers.

I had showed up randomly with nothing picked out ahead of time but Christina was very helpful/professional! We talked about different choices, prices and final choice. It was a very friendly experience. The final item was perfect! It looked delicious!
