Absolutely loved the arrangement I picked up for my sister’s birthday! The fruit was fresh, the chocolate was rich, and it looked beautiful. Highly recommend this location.

My experience was very poor due to Tyrik Hyatt. After my order was not successfully delivered I called to ask what would be the next step. When Tyrik answered the phone he informed me that my order was brought back to the store and didn’t give me any other option to resolve my problem. Tyrik was very insensitive about my problem that I didn’t want to be serviced by Edible Arrangement anymore. I proceeded to ask for a refund since my order would not be able to be delivered due to the fact that I live way in California and this was a Mother’s day gift for my loved one. When I asked for a refund Tyrik replied to me saying “ A refund for what”. When I expressed my frustration he hung up in my face. I called back and asked for his name and he replied back and said “ I don’t have to give you my name I’m not your servant.” I then asked to speak to the manager and he told me he is the manager so I asked to speak to the supervisor and he then said he is the supervisor. I asked for his name again and he finally said “ Tyriq I already told you 10 times do you want my dad’s number too?” Due to this inconvenience and rude customer service my sister was unable to receive her gift and I will never shop with this Edible Arrangement location again.

This store unfortunately has the worst customer service. I pre called asking if i could order a gift & redeem a reward. I asked on the phone what affordable boxes she had & she said nothing was affordable. She was frustrated & asked what I wanted. I described my box I wanted & said I would be on my way. I headed in person & I waited several minutes & yelled hello several times & did not get anyone to come help. I had to call on the phone and ask for help. I tend to order online for several employee occasions but had a free reward & stopped in the redeem. Somehow my reward was not registering in their system so, all she could rudely say is that it is a tiny reward & she couldn’t do anything. Not my first issue with this store but just sharing my experience today. Store seems run down now too. The cases are empty, screens are broken so not sure what their menu is & not sure if they carry smoothies anymore.

Stopped in to order a fruit arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. The bouquet was made while I waited. It was fresh and beautiful. Fast and friendly service.

It says on the website you get a free 12 piece fruit box on your birthday and she gave us three little strawberries on a stick and walked out.

I had a terrible experience with edible arrangements at 2 location while spending over $400 for my order. 1st- Customer service was extremely rude. I understand its a busy holiday but there is no need to have an attitude with a customer when they have been respectful to you and spending a good amount of money. 2nd I placed my order early in the day time and paid for same day service. I politely asked at both store locations which was Cedar Hill and Arlington off Matlock, what time should i expect my loved ones things be delivered. All i get was sometime by the end of the day by 7. Ok not really specific , but im ok with the answer. So here is 7:30/7:45 and no order so I call back and they say. Its on the last delivery truck if the night. Well lets guess what happened next. NO ONE received anything. I called both locations the next morning to see what happened because these orders are time sensitive and all I get was oh they will be delivered some time today. So I immediately ask for a refund because my family wouldn't be available to receive the gifts. Guess what i get next especially from the Cedar Hill location. MORE ATTITUDE ! I say hey why the attitude? I didnt do anything wrong here. I placed a order earlier yesterday and was guaranteed same day service , which was what i needed and the order is still sitting in your store. The matlock location lady on the phone did not give me attitude lije cedar hill, but did tell me sir I think its because you didnt order early enough. I said ma'am i ordered yesterday morning at 11am and you were the person that i spoke with and you asked me if i needed same day service and you told me what time i should expect my order. Long story somewhat short. Both location gave me a hassle just to get my refund and acted like I was the problem. So yea I had a Valentines day nightmare with edible arrangements at 2 locations.

I had the worst experience with this Edible Arrangements location. If I could give it a zero, I would. I never received any updates about my delivery time, so I called the store over 10 times—no one ever answered. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order due to the lack of communication. When I finally got in touch with the store owner, Tarik, who refused to give his last name) the next day, he argued with me for over 20 minutes. He was dismissive, accused me of “not listening,” and even called what I was saying “nonsense.” When I asked if this was how he talks to paying customers, he said, “This is how I talk to customers who don’t listen.”
I expressed that I didn’t trust him to deliver my order with out any tampering after how he spoke to me, and shockingly, he replied that he didn’t trust me either! To this day, I still haven’t received my money back. The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you want a reliable and respectful experience.

I called on Saturday to see what time they closed. The person I spoke with said they closed at 5. I made it there by 4:20. When I arrived, they were closed.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered an arrangement and selected the 1 hour delivery option. At 50 minutes into the order it still hadn’t left the store. After a hour I called and the male I spoke to said “there was an accident on the route that’s delayed it.” Okay, got lying but it’s on the way. Got it. Gave me my $5 for the hour delivery cost.
The delivery is 7 miles from their store. As I’m writing this it’s been 2 1/2 hours since I placed the order that’s “on the way” and it still hasn’t been delivered. I call again, and the lady I spoke too says “it says it’s still en route”. Mind you the whole time the app says “your order is 1 stop away”.
I truly believe the manager made it a point to not rush my delivery because of my complaint. The store is now closed but my delivery is still supposedly on the way.
Point to all this….10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Wanted to use the gift coupon that I had received for my birthday so I went here to redeem it. The lady told me she can give me three chocolate covered strawberries. I said OK I waited 30 minutes until I left. I thought OK well maybe she’s cutting the strawberries putting them on a stick decorating it given the chocolate time to warm up. I gave her some time, but I left Even though I saw the reviews, I still tried to give it a shot. Then the people here at the gas station next door are rude. I will not be back in this area. But this isn’t the only location other locations around here are the same as well. I tried to give it a chance, but I’m sorry don’t come here or any around here

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! On Mother’s Day, they sent a sticky arrangement with fallen fruit everywhere to my mom without the 3 balloons that were supposed to be included. I called the store and sent Lori pics of the arrangement. She said the store manager would call me back but never did…then Lori ghosted me.
P.S—I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered a Mother’s Day gift basket, with additional add-ons a *week prior to May 12th, Mother’s Day. Checked delivery status online and called location at 8am on May 12th, *both stated order was out for delivery. Order was not received until 1:45pm, *after I was told order was out for delivery.
This specific store is located 10 minutes away from the delivery destination I inputted. 5 1/2 hours to deliver a basket with minor add-ons is *absolutely absurd. Especially since the store was only 10 minutes away from delivery destination.
