Had an appt. to renew a cd. Was able to book appt online, was attended to timely by the financial center mgr, Kevin S. who was absolutely wonderful. I recommend eecu, they have the best rates and nice people.

EECU helped me get a vehicle loan at a great rate (for the rates today). In this process I was helped by Miguel Aguirre. Miguel was amazing in helping me throughout the process. I highly recommend EECU and Miguel!!!

Just joined this credit union, and the experience has been great! So far I've gotten a HELOC and refinanced my car.Nice people too!There is one negative.. Their website, and your ability to make payments online is pretty poor. If you do everything online, you might consider another alternative.

My family has been using EECU for years. I finally jumped on the band wagon and got an acct and I’m happy I did!! The process was easy. They stay super busy but I didn’t mind because they were very helpful. I’ve learned it’s always best to have an appointment because, again, they stay super busy, but it’s worth it. Jasmine is a great help!! She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is ready to serve. I’ve only had pleasant experiences here. Wonderful customer service. I’m a customer for life.

I Came In With My Autistic Daughter This Morning Due To A VERY Serious Issue With Her Debit Card. We Needed a New Debit Card Issued To My Daughter.The Hispanic Woman That Waited On Us Was NOT Helpful Whatsoever, Vertually REFUSED To Talk To Us Any Longer Because My Daughter Had Forgotten Her Key Word.My Daughter Had Proper I.D. AND Her Debit Card In Her Hand. I Even Showed My Driver's License To Prove Who I Was.My Husband Had To Take Off Of Work Early To Get The Problem Corrected Which Is Just Ridiculous.Turns Out The Manager Was NOT Given Correct Information.I Feel Like The People That Work At This Location Are Prejudice Towards Certain Types Of Customers.We Have Withdrawn All But Just a Few Dollars Of Our Money and Going To a DECENT Credit Union.

Not sure why the ATM doesn’t even have cash to fulfill a withdrawal?? For quite a while this location didn’t even have a functional ATM. I hate this location >:(

I banked with them for over ten years. I paid off an auto loan and several personal loans over that time. During the pandemic my job was shut down and my bills continued to draft out of my account and my account was put in the negative. They changed the policy on my account so if there is even a 1 cent difference on a payment they reject the charges AND charge me 34 dollars like its 2009. The pandemic toll is long over but the policy still stains my account. Closing my account and never coming back.

So irritated!! My wife and I arrived to inquire about adding my wife to my account. The individual who was tasked to do this was busy with a customer ( understandable) We we're told to make an appointment for 4pm in order to be helped so we did. We came back at 4 expecting to be helped but to find out this individual had then went to lunch. We were then told that we would need to wait for additional 20mins. (Angry at this point) After asking if he could please honor our appointment as promised, the individual told us that we would still have to wait. After begging and explaining our urgency the individual told us to come back tomorrow. I asked for the position and this persons name and to our surprise all this was coming from (Bryan) the Branch Manager! Such a let down and disappointment,for this only added even more stress and fear of not being able to accomplish our needs . Poor customer service. I have zero tolerance for this and will be closing my account.

I was ready for a new Credit Union family after being with mine for over 18 years. My needs were specific and based on reviews I decided to give EECU a shot and I was not disappointed. Their customer service is first class. I was able to join the EEUC on Little Road, Arlington, successfully refinanced my car loan and influenced my granddaughter to do the same, all within 48 hours. I am not easily impressed but they had my attention within minutes of meeting the center's financial Manager. I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with EECU.

It's a great credit union they do actually care the bank manager called me to apologize for the customer in front of me taking forever. #Myeecu
