Good place to clean your vehicle!

Paid for the deluxe wash. $30 for a car wash but figured the time saved would be worth it. Upon finish, the interior was still dirty/dusty in several places. I called and ask if I could bring my car back and was told the deluxe wash is only a light wipe down and I would have to pay for >$100 car wash if I wanted more than their version of a light wipe down. Ridiculous!

Rented a car to take my grandkids home to Amarillo and needed it cleaned before returning it to the rental place. There were bugs on the front grill and windshield. I paid extra for removal, but it was well worth it. They vacuumed and cleaned up the vehicle really well. I was very satisfied with their work. I even noticed a few spots that didn't quite well get scrubbed off by the brushes of car wash. And Joe the gentleman that did the finishing touches of the car wash was very kind to help make sure they were all gone. I will definitely be a returning customer whenever I rent a vehicle and need it cleaned before returning it to the rental place.

Save your money there wash does not clean your truck and when you complain they tell you have to pay extra for prep

The attendants latched my seatbelt and after I unlocked the seatbelt, I was and am unable to use the seatbelt or adjust the seatbelt. The attendants tried to help but we're unable to. Not sure why they locked the seat belt to begin with.

I recently received the full service from this establishment and was disappointed with the quality of the interior cleaning. The service felt rushed, and it appeared that the interior was merely wiped down rather than thoroughly cleaned. I would not recommend this establishment to others..

This place has the worst customer service I have ever came across. The manager is beyond room and she has no reason to be- to past employees or current customers. Do not come here if you want any kind of service unless the owner Kevin is there.

Do not waste your money—
This morning I went in to have my car washed. I know it was very dirty so I paid for the works (the most expensive listed-with a 7 day guarantee) because I needed a little bit more done to it today. When I left, I noticed there was still a lot of bug residue. My windshield was not cleaned all the way and I went back because as listed on your advertisement, it says seven day guarantee. I asked if they could take care of that once more. The manager ( I assume, wearing all black, Hispanic) said if you knew you had a lot of bugs you should have said something. I said- sir I paid for the works. I assumed that was included and nowhere advertised does it show on the menu that bug removal would be an extra five dollars. I would have just paid it. To which he responded -well I couldn’t see your car very well in the shade so I couldn’t tell there were bugs. You should have said there were bugs or you’ve been traveling. I said I didn’t think I had to if I’m paying for “The Works”.
Hoping to resolve this issue-I said well I understand the miscommunication next time going forward I will pay the five dollars. I tip $10 every time so paying an extra five dollars is not a big deal. I said, but it’s not advertised as that. Can we go ahead and take care of my car today and moving forward if I need to pay the extra five dollars I will. He said -yes go back and I’ll have the guy take care of you. Great, problem solved. I drove back in and the tall Caucasian older male wearing sunglasses and a mustache, came back over. It was visible that he was upset as he was shaking his head. He said -where is the bug? I said they’re all over the front end. He said-well lady I can’t get every single bug off. He again said I should have paid an extra five dollars. I said it is not advertised anywhere that bug removal is an extra five dollars and if it were, I would have paid for it. He was huffy and puffy. I told him he was being rude. There was absolutely no need for him to come mansplain to me that I should have somehow instinctively known to inform the establishment that I needed to pay for a $5 bug removal that I didn’t even know existed. I even offered to clean the car myself since he kept complaining. Which he did not want to do. I thought that comping the five dollars this time and me, ensuring that I would pay for it next time would be a problem solver and I’d be a returning customer. But after this I won’t be, my car is still dirty.

I came to use a coupon I received via text and was first told that it wasn't valid because they had not sent any offers recently.
I pointed out that this offer is dated 1/12/24.
Then I was told that it would have been good for 1/12/24 only. Mmmm, I don't see any expiration date on it.
I left and unless something changes, this car will never be back to your car wash again.
This is not good because you have the best full service car wash around.
