Cannot say enough good things about this place. I brought my truck in after having just recently buying it. The transmission was feeling funny and they looked it over, after discovering it was the tires and not the transmission they didnt try and sell me a service i didnt need. They were thorough and honest. The good reviews are accurate in saying this is an amazing shop. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. They are communicative, thorough and honest.

Let me just say, I have zero tolerance for BS. And when the transmission on my work truck went out, I was sure it was going to be an absolute nightmare . However, I was blown away at how amazing the people at elite transmissions were. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I felt like I was being taken care of, they did IMPECCABLE work on my transmission. And again, this is my WORK truck, how I make my money, so it was very important to me that the work was done correctly. I’ve never been more satisfied with the customer service and work the provided. They are the best of the best and I know my sh!t. So if you want it done right, without all the BS and price gouging, go to elite transmissions. You won’t regret it!

I wanted to share my awesome experience with Elite Transmissions and all their staff. I have a classic square body Chevy and am grateful to find such knowledgeable mechanics who actually know how to work on these older trucks. When I came in, I couldn't shift into any gear to save my life. My steering column was also very loose which is fairly common with this vintage of Chevy. I couldn't tell where my problem was, but after the diagnosis was explained to me over the phone, I knew that a complete transmission rebuild was in my future. Long story short, they not only repaired the transmission to where it drives like a brand-new truck, but they also repaired my loose steering column as a courtesy since it was pretty unsafe as is! I now have so much confidence in the mechanics here, I plan on returning to get more work done! Their prices are very reasonable if you are realistic about the type of work needed to be done. They have earned a customer for life! Thanks Elite, see you soon!

Gee whiz, you can do better elsewhere. Maybe they fixed my car, maybe they didn't. You can do better for the money for a domestic car.

The have lied to me about working on my vehicle for 5 weeks and haven't even touched it. Offer a 1 year warranty and **** the owner/operator has backed out of his warranty. My truck hasn't worked correctly since the first time they took it apart and they have yet to repair it properly It's been in and out of there shop 9 times. Dont go there. I have been dealing with being without a vehicle from a weeks time up to 5+ weeks since June of 2023 up until now in November of 2023

The owners wife and husband are some of the most down to earth business owners I have ever met, right of the bat you can they’ll they mean business and don’t lie or try to up sell you nothing… came in expecting to spend an arm and leg turns out just an easy 78 dollars to check and find out what the problem was. I’ve worked with many shop’s before and I had never experienced the level of service I did with Elite Transmission. They had to replace my engine and it’s was cover under my warranty company. Debra the owners wife keep me in the loop the entire time. Super nice sweet lady. They did an excellent job

Quickly checked my transmission and diagnosed that it wasn't my transmission but my bearings. Driving it first might have saved me $80 though.

I have not had better service anywhere, across the board. The communication, courtesy, and professionalism is unmatched.Brought my Jeep in on a warranty repair, and asked them to check out my transmission because it felt weird. I’d been to the JEEP DEALERSHIP and they really blew me over….decided not to even call on the warranty repair, charged me instead, and for things unrelated to why I was bringing my Jeep in to them in the first place. Followed up at a second referral from my warranty company (max care from Carmax just so you know) car was there over a week and couldn’t figure it out. Then I came to Elite.Deborah answered every question I could come up with, and Mike really took his time to mill through everything to find out exactly what the issue was, even when the other shops did what they’d considered “great routine transmission checks”… turned out, I DIDNT need the “repairs” I’d just paid for, but I DID need the transmission rebuild I’d suspected. (Several parts had not even been changed but I’d been billed as such etc).The price was right, the time was short, and the work was correct, THE FIRST TIME, I’ve not had a problem since. I will not bring any vehicle anywhere else. Best experience I’ve had EVER when it comes to something as stressful as car repair. (Did I mention I never even had to speak to my warranty company again?
