been twice lately. 1st time the flowers I got on my big toes did not match at all. Last time I went the lady started on me and then had a lash appointment come in so they called someone to come do my pedicure only for me to find out so was not licensed and doesn't do pedicures on the reg. needless to say I miss the people who used to work here as they did quality work.

Walked in and asked if my nails could be fixed, first the older lady lied and said that she was there by herself and “was very busy” so she could not service me….then another lady comes from the back, and she was willing to service me initially and asked to see my nails. After I showed my nails she too said “we are very busy, we can’t help, nothing wrong with your nail”….lol wow. The funny part is no one was there!! I was literally the only person in there. First time experiencing this type of treatment from a nail shop. If you want to be treated like a person then DO NOT COME HERE!!! There are many other nail shops in the area that have better customer service. Worst customer service ever!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Nice job on the nails. I did get nicked tho. Also, the shape I received was not what I asked for. Even tho I brought it to her attention she didn't get it right .

I had a terrible terrible experience a few minutes ago. I requested short nails but not this short. The nail cut the nails to a certain length and I asked her to cut them a little lower and she cut them and I told her that they were too short. Instead of her redoing my nails before putting the acrylic on she continued to do the work. I continued to tell her that I did not like the work she was doing she stayed “ you wanted them short “and continued to file them down shorter. I expressed to her that I was very disappointed in the service and she disregarded what I was saying and charged me for full service. I did not mind paying for service however I do feel that a she should have not charged me full price for poor service.

Ivy was great! I explained to her that this was only my second time getting lash extensions and I wasn’t very aware of the terms used but she was able to explain to me what a “doll eye” and “cat eye” and did them exactly how I wanted them. Thank you Ivy!Services: Eyelash extensions

This was the first time I have ever gone here and I have to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Tammy was amazing with my nails and her amazing ideas to make the look awesome.
