Enterprise picked up my car for a trade-in, and never paid off the lien. Now the car is gone. The people who have the lien are saying I have to have insurance on the car. A car that I don't have and Enterprise can't find. If Enterprise didn't want it, why didn't they tell me or bring it back to me?

Enterprise has a numerous selection and they have cleaned them up nicely and also provide a warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase they will work with you on that.

I had the honor of being helped out by both Crystal and Keke and they are both wonderful at their jobs. This was my first time ever financing a vehicle so naturally I was ignorant on some things and they didn’t judge and they didn’t use that as a way to try and screw me over. They weren’t predatory or pushy like you tend to expect with car sales people. They were very kind and very respectful and I am gracious towards both of them. They put me in a wonderful Mazda that has been awesome! Thank you!
