Office personnel Jesse dud a good job. The car was not ready. Had to wait fir cleaning. Clean up people should arrive earlier so customer does not have to wait.

If you're looking to rent a car, definitely make this your first stop. As a former Avis customer, this is what car rental experience should be. Ally took my reservation hassle free over the phone at a great price. Upon arrival I was greeted and served quickly/thoroughly by Jesse. I was in my rental in less than 10 minutes, the return was just as easy. Outstanding Service, Very Professional! Thank you!

On Thursday my vehicle decided to act up so I had to get a rental for the week. I stopped by a lady by the name of Marissa Anderson helped me. She was extremely nice and had great customer service. She was able to provide me with a vehicle that met all needs and answered all questions. She displayed this service for another lady who was in line before me, so I know it was her true demeanor. Kudos to her and who ever trained her, I can't wait to rent a car again!

The weather was under the weather, my plans were under the weather, I was under the weather. They were really helpful. Got a flat from a nail, replaced it with the donut. I'm glad they showed me where it was beforehand. I got coverage for the car and if I was ever at fault for an accident to cover the other car then skipped over roadside assitance. $55ish if I didn't get the plan which I didn't which turned out good because I met two mechanics who helped me replace the spare and gave me tips on if it were to come loose and how I should only go 55-60max on the donut. My ETA turned from 1am arrival to 5:30am arrival. The whole trip was hectic but still good. Thankful to everybody who helped, strangers and Enterprise alike.

They used to be The best in the Business....They no longer Rock...Monday Dec 2 2024....I took car back....4th rental....The black female asked me to make sure there were no guns left in the car.....I resent that....I call racism on that....I have never been told that....By By.....I go somewhere else now...
