Location has multiple reps, designed to get you in and out fairly quickly as with any non based airport location. Any issues they want to make it right.

Clint was horrible. Made everything more confusing and complicated, and felt like a waste of time talking to him. Emily verbally agreed to a rate over the phone, but when we got there to pick up the car, suddenly she doesn't remember.Get your rentals elsewhere.

I’ll start off by saying the staff was pleasant. That is the only reason for the two stars. I rented a full size sedan to pick up at 9am. I arrived shortly after 9 to the ladies saying they were awaiting my arrival. Well this couldn’t have been further from the truth. After I completed the documentation they asked me to have a seat and they would have my car ready shortly. Shortly turned into over two hours. To “make it up” they gave me a free gas fill up. This was a corporate rental so this didn’t even come close to comping me for my time wasted. That just helped out my firm which makes no sense. Once the vehicle was finally ready they brought me a van. Now why in the world would I want to drive around in a van with one person in it? Due to me already being so late I just took it. Thus whole misuse caused me to end up missing all of my meetings that day. I had to extend my stay in Houston for an additional day to make up for it. These situations should not happen. And when the do they should be appropriately remedied.

The car reserved was not at site and had to scramble to secure a car at different location. The new location the car was rented from provided excellent service
