After years of searching for the hairstylist — I finally found her! The hairstylist who takes the time to educate you, who’s intentional with her work, and who helps you build a hair care routine that truly fits your lifestyle.
Porscha has been professional, welcoming, kind, and genuinely intentional with every step of the process. I came in as a new client for the smoothing treatment, a bit skeptical since my hair hadn’t been straightened in over 8 years of being natural. But the results spoke for themselves!
I work out at least 3 days a week and walk 5 miles a day, and to my surprise, my hair has remained easy to maintain and still looks great despite the humidity and sweating since my appointment last month.
Porscha has truly gained a lifetime client!

Stylist, Morgan had great customer service and made me feel heard during my visit at the salon. She was very well organized. I was able to fully trust her, which led to a desirable outcome at the end.
Further, another stylist in the salon also greeted me and provided a positive interaction as I was being serviced. Sending blessings to this salon!

This was my first time with Porscha and I’ll definitely be back! She was very detailed, took the time to educate me about my hair, and made sure I understood everything. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Nothing against the stylist personally because she is nice but 250 plus 10 tip (no matter what I tip people) it is not worth the service. I went in with black hair and came out with brown. I was deeply disappointed but not completely dissatisfied. The hair care did straighten my hair and she did cut off split ends but I am not sure that there was a level of comfort with the scissors for her to give me a style. Plainly put, I looked like Edna Modes. I did; however, book an appointment with someone that is a stylist at another salon, so coupled together I can achieve what I desire but it is going to cost more money. My daughter left a review and it was taken off. I pray that there is heavy conviction about how business is conducted there as you may think that we are just people but you are working on the heads of God’s people so this becomes a bigger picture.

Wonderful experience every time! Billie is my hairstylist and I love every appointment, she is funny and down to earth we just have good conversations while treating my hair! My hair has become so healthy since being one of her clients, and I'm grateful for my hair journey. Billie has amazing talent and blessed hands..

What can I say?!?!? I took my niece, age 10, for her first real salon experience and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with Alexus, our stylist/healthy hair connoisseur. She was fun kind and above all patient. I had some hiccups in my schedule and she graciously made adjustments for us which was beyond appreciated. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. The products, tools used and knowledge were top tier. My niece couldn't stop smiling at herself in the car. I can't wait to snag an appointment for myself. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love ExcluShear Salon. The ambience is beautiful and relaxing. The best part about coming here is my Stylist Porscha McPhan. I found her on Instagram. I was looking for someone that could help me transition from a relaxer. She sat down with me and did a full detail consultation, asking what I wanted to accomplish and how she could help me. I truly appreciate that.
It is going on almost a year, having her as my stylist and my hair has grown tremendously and it is healthy and fully natural.
Porscha has a warm and welcoming spirit. She’s very punctual when it comes to your appointment and does not rush. I’ve never been disappointed with my hair.

My hair was severely damaged due to stress and me attempting to perm my hair myself. I searched through Instagram seeking a stylist that specialized in healthy hair but could cut as I wanted a trendy look. I discovered Billie after searching through hundreds of videos. I scheduled a consultation and the rest is history. Billie has been doing my hair for over two years now and my hair is the healthiest its been. She drafted a hair care plan that involves regular STS treatments (ask about it, you won't be disappointed), trims/cuts, and styles. I honestly did not think I would survive being natural as I had gotten relaxers all my life but Billie proved me wrong. My styles last for at least two weeks with proper upkeep and wrapping. I am so extremely thankful for her knowledge and experience as my hair is flourishing!

I’m one of the Stylist and mentees at Exclushear Salon and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I’ve been working at Exclushear for about a year now and the journey has been amazing! Being a new cosmetologist fresh out of cosmo school and going into the salon straight away was definitely nerve wrecking but Billie made the transition for me as smooth as possible!!! She helped and informed me on sooo many things, even things that I didn’t learn in Cosmo school! Billie being a cosmetologist with more than 10yrs under her belt she is moreee than qualified to help new stylist and even stylist that’s been working for as long or longer than her! She’s helped me with the business/financial side, styling techniques, content for my business, and more importantly my confidence as a stylist!! I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Exclushear Salon to start your business as a Cosmetologist!! Additionally our Salon Team here is absolutely AMAZING we help each other, nothing is a competition, we’ve become a Salon Family and I’m so grateful for each of them! Billie J Ross is the BEST Salon Owner and Mentor I could ask for!!

Great salon
But not enough to deal with the unethicaness you guys had put me through. You guys think a lot about yourself. I ran a temperature of 102 with a dry cough and had the common courtesy to CALL ONE hour before letting you know I could not come in and asking if I could reschedule because I didn't want to get anyone sick. They still want to charge me full service for that day and another full-service day of $220 for a silk press over me being ill and running a fever
I can see if I did a no-call no-show or just charged a cancellation fee, but the cancellation fee is a full-service fee of $110 for my silk press just because of a natural life event. Remember, I'm not some new client; I have been there two other times and wanted to continue my journey there . But Doctors don't even do all of that. It would help if you guys did better on that. Keep in mind Morgan wasn't even at the salon when I called. And yeah, it may say it on your website about your policy, but when something like that happens to you. You tend not to think about things like that, and you tend to go by everyday rules, not the hairstyle rules that you guys like to make up
So sad because I like your salon but I'm highly disappointed.
