Lee the owner of expo nails is the most talented nail technician I have ever come across. She speaks fluent english. And she gets excited about all the ideas I have for my nails, and I have so many ideas for my nails I am so extra that sometimes she has to tell me " Sarah you only have 10 fingers"LOL she does an absolutely amazing job I am always extremely impressed with every single set I have ever had from her in the last couple years!
