My wife and I have had a nice experience the front desk personnel is very polite and friendly as well as helpful
Rooms: Comfortable could be better they do have a small pest problem but they are working on it
Nearby activities: Convenient to many activities
Safety: My family and I have been here for a while and I've yet to hear or see anything out of the ordinary
Walkability: If you are a person that enjoy walking then of course it's in a great location
Food and drinks: That should and could be alot better but if no ever bring it to their attention they can not fix it
Noteworthy details: Every one on the staff is nice and helpful

This is my first stay at an extended stay.it is very convient to my job and stores and restaurants in area.clean room and very comfortable sleeping accommodations.

It is my first time at an extended stay. Our stay is due to being in between apartments. The staff is welcoming and polite. The room is comfortable and clean. It is very convenient to work.

The new manager Keeshum is great. He works well with the staff and guest. He is doing what he can to make this a comfortable and enjoyable place. Norris and Unique are so professional and very accommodating. They have made my stay here enjoyable.

I can barely breathe; it literally smells like a skunk everywhere inside the building EXCEPT the lobby... even in the room. If i could have smelled the odor in the lobby, I would have immediately left and rented at another hotel. The lobby is clean but leaving there to go to the room, the flooring looks beat up and filthy! I was told twice the luggage cart would be available but its not true. The room air conditioner doesnt work. I called the desk and was told someone would be here in a few minutes but that was 45 minutes ago. Also, the trip to the room is way too far to walk with heavy luggage. What a waste of money to stay here! I could never imagine a company could care so little for its patrons to take $122 for one night and then provide such discomfort.

I like it here, its quiet and the staff is great and it's near my job and the new upgrade is very nice.

Prior to me getting my room the hallways, carpet were nasty and hallways very smelly!
I then go to shower at 4am and when I was finished I walked out the room and there was a Roach crawling on the floor I will be going to the front desk about this matter.
I will upload a picture of the roach after I stepped on it

Rooms: Some are good need to check before renting.
Nearby activities: Lots to do.
Safety: Come along ways since Keishon started management and Norris maintenance great workers. Still a work in progress.
Walkability: Lots within walking range.
Noteworthy details: This is not a bad place seen it at it's worst then starting to come back. Keishon has made a big difference just keep on your employees as phone at front not answered in timely manner. Norris maintenance man has done a above and beyond job.
