Came in a Friday evening, Teresa was at the front office. She greeted us and helped us with our paperwork after winning a storage unit at an auction. From the beginning she was sweet and courteous towards and helped us through the process and even showed us where our unit was. She is amazing and kind. Best service 100%.

I don't like to complain as previously. I had given a 5 star. Review based off of the initial reaction with the girl in the front Teresa. However, believe me, I will be paying for what storage. I need to and we'll be getting my stuff, and I highly highly it. Do not, I would recommend and would not recommend this place as For me, this latest experience was beyond anything, and it keeps getting worse with my unit being broken into I got a phone call back in July, and they left one voicemail, 1 call with a voicemail that was it. My phone, whatever reason, did not show me that message. And uh I refresh my phone, and I got it, went in everything, ran sight, and it was kind of the attitude of that's not our problem. Majority of the things in there were glass trinkets, with sentimental value from family members who had recently passed away. The door messed up while we were there because they had to replace it. I went back to clean it up later. The door got stuck and the other girl that was at the front proceeds to tell me, oh, so you broke it no, because when the other girl was here with me, it got stuck and she insisted that I broke their door which was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place. I'm so over this place payment late. You get email, you get texts, you get calls. Hey, avoid late fees. But when my unit was broken into one call with a voicemail, no follow-ups, no nothing. That's ridiculous.
