Was told the 10x20 storage was 163.00 a month over the phone when I went to get the unit it was 163.00 for the first month then 250.00 after that

Excellent location, unit was cleaned and ready to go upon our arrival time. I really appreciate the option to fully book online. I was able to make the reservation sign the paperwork make my payment and I immediately received my access code. Ran into a minor issue with the lock and the lady (wish I got her name) came over and fixed it for us right away. Talk about incredible customer service. She was amazing went above and beyond for us. I'm extremely happy with my decision to rent here, at Extra Space Storage.
