Went to look at an old Buick that has a clean history and had no exterior pictures of the car. Drove 2 hrs to come just to see a car with a huge gash in the fender and the driver door was crooked so I’d be rained on while driving if I bought the vehicle. Description on this vehicle did not mention any accidents or damage. Thats all I had to see on that car to know it was going to be a lemon.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Y’all rarely answer the phone and stopped responding to my emails.. maybe if you answered the phone….More importantly, I shouldn’t have to ask for exterior photos of a vehicle, that’s just a clear sign I missed out on that’d you guys were purposefully being deceptive.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT’S NOTHING BUT BAD NEWS.

We were having difficulty finding a dependable car for our son that wouldn’t cost us a fortune. Having seen so many cars being offered in our price range online from Fares, we decided to drive a little over an hour to see one car in particular. The car was just as they described it! So many times we had seen cars online from different dealerships that ended up looking like junk in person. They let us test drive the car no questions asked. We asked if we could take the car to our mechanic to check things out. Once again they said no problem. Our mechanic found no problems. We then purchased the car. When we were leaving the dealership we heard some clunking in the engine bay. We turned immediately around and had them check it out. They worked on it the next day. Still same problem. We had our mechanic look at it and it ended up being an engine mount. Fares sent us a check for the agreed upon half of the repairs. I will be buying our other son a truck from Fares soon. Dani, the manager, is the best!!! Our experience there was fantastic!! Thank you again Dani!!

Fares Auto Sales went out of the way to make my purchase as painless and efficient as possible. I was buying the truck completely online since I am not in the DFW area, and Dani was helpful, responsive, and made everything seamless. He arranged for a local inspection since I couldn't test drive, was always quick to reply to texts when I reached out with questions, and I received the truck in even better shape than the pictures and inspection indicated. A top notch organization with whom I would do business again any time.

Danny was very kind and answered my questions quickly! When my son and I got there to look at the vehicle, he had it parked out front so we were ready to go and cruise around. I would highly recommend him. He is fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchase.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Frontier Pick up 3 years ago from Fares Auto. It has been a really good truck. All I have done is drive it. No work done on it. I love the truck it's like new truck still. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh and just bought my second car from them yesterday a Kia Spectra 2008.

I purchased a vehicle with them about a year ago, and it's still running amazingly without issues. I was taken care of by Dani, extremely helpful and friendly in checking out the vehicle and the buying process. They followed up with me to make sure the truck is clear of codes and running correctly, inspection ready.

Experience varies, but I had a good one. We were done in no time, just waited for a brand new car battery - which they provided for us. The car was clean, in and out. We paid a little more, but that's post COVID pricing, which we accept. We were just happy to find the exact car we wanted.

Wish I could do 0 stars but it won’t let me.Do not get a car or truck from this place. I got into a 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually in late May 2023 and it broke down the day I drove it off of the car lot. They “fixed it” and it broke down on me again the same day I drove it off the car lot, then it did it to me a 3rd time and they “fixed it” again. Finally after that time I was able to drive it around for a few weeks, maybe 4 weeks. Well it broke down for a 4th time, all for the same reason. So I called and just asked for my money back but they won’t do that because I’ve had the car in my name for over a month which surpasses the lemon law requirements. They are willing to let me have the truck back and keep making payments but I'm done, I'm done scrambling for rides when this vehicle breaks down. Do not trust them (mainly the owner), don’t take them for their word, if you get a vehicle from them after seeing this and it breaks down within a month then get your money back!

People giving low ratings do not understand the used car business. Please read my entire review and learn how to be sure about your purchase. To be clear, I am a retired military veteran, so I only speak in brutal honesty. I purchased a 2008 Toyota 4runner from Fares about a month ago. Zero issues with vehicle, the paperwork, the deal, etc. Best used car dealership experience to date. People think because it is a "dealer" they owe you something for broken parts or there is a "Lemon" law to protect you. Wrong. Wrong and absolutely Wrong. It is the same as buying a car on Facebook Marketplace, you do so at your own risk. All vehicles are AS IS. FYI, Used car lots flip cars. They buy at auction, make it inspection legal for tags and then sell it, AS IS. If the engine falls apart 10 miles down the road, that is on YOU, not them. How do you protect yourself? Take it to a certified technician prior to purchase. I test drove the 4 runner straight to a local Toyota dealership who performed a "pre-buy" inspection, which is fairly detailed, and to quote the master technician who was also a Toyota 4WD owner, "I would buy this". I took it back to Fares, laid the C-notes on the table and 15 minutes later I was headed home. Seriously, some of these reviews where people bought the vehicle, even with obvious issues, are killing me. It is a machine, if it does not operate as it should, then walk away. If you don't know how it should operate, find a technician. Thanks Fares for the great 4runner and the easy buying experience!

My son recently purchased a car from this place. The day it was brought home we noticed a leak. We called and brought it to their attention and they said they would fix it. Of course this is the way it should be seeing as it was just purchased. They covered the part as well as labor and we weren't charged anything. We picked up the vehicle after it was supposedly "fixed". Turned out to be the power steering fluid that was leaking.... a month later, my son couldn't turn his wheel at all. Before, he could at least add power steering but this time it was much worse. It was obviously never "fixed" as the car lot claimed. The second time around, they wanna charge my son to pick up his car even though they failed to fix it. Super disappointed! If I had known that, I would have just taken it to my mechanic! Seeing as this was a problem from day 1, they should have covered it. Had it been done correctly the first time, it wouldn't be there a second time. Not to mention, it was the same part!Wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing... I would have known this is the way they do business.

I bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla, great price, miles, and great condition. Everything had the original factory brand , including the Matts, windshield glass , spare tire and jack, no damages , clean title and windshield wipers too. All from Toyota factory. About a month later, drives nice, and I recommend this place

Not a great experience. Within a month of leaving the lot (I purchased a Subaru 6 months ago from them), I had to change the battery (because it died), and had to change two tires (after I was told they were new). I also was told that they would ship me a small part for the cosmetics of the car, and they never sent it to me. The car was also leaking oil, which might have already been an issue while it was in their lot. Wasn’t pleased with my business with them.

I recently purchased an SUV from Fares that I have been wanting for several months. They were “very” easy to deal with. I went up there multiple times, drove the truck repeatedly, inspected it thoroughly etc… Nelson and Dani were very “low-pressure”. I never felt obligated to purchase. They left me alone and didn’t distract or hover over me (like some dealerships). Ultimately, I bought the vehicle and I love it. I have had 0 issues with it over the last 2 months and 2K miles. I feel like I got a very good deal for my money and would recommend this dealership.
