I've gone here twice for a package drop off and have always experienced good service. The place is understaffed, yet the employees are always helpful and nice. They offer printing and shipping services for fedex.

They do not have a scanner to return your packages. The guy at the FedEx ShipSite in OfficeMax then told me to go to Walmart across the street for FedEx scanning. However, I found out the Walmart does not have that service, so the OfficeMax FedEx shipsite employee lied and took me on a goose chase.
