Each time that I shipped at this location, on a Wednesday (the same product and weight)for fed-ex two day air, paid the higher price of 2 day air, and promised the delivery would arrive on Friday afternoon before 5 PM.That was always a lie, plus I was
over charged. Each time the parcel did not arrive on Friday, which I paid the higher price. Instead the parcel arrived in three days when it was promised 2-day air.

Yhe staff were very friendly and done my shipping with no problem, however they asked me for my ID which wad a little odd for me, by the way have some id or driving license with you just in case.

This place is bad, had a package ready to go the want to charge me to print the free lable Fed ex sentme a paper charge,we to a different place poor service lazy lady was the owner do not go here she will charge to breath the air while over charging for everything.

This postal center is convenient for my location and the staff are always professional, courteous, and efficient. They have helped me with several different needs and I am thinking of getting a mailbox here as well. Highly recommend the Fielder Postal Center for all mailing needs!

Lady didn't print any of my stuff correctly and refused to give me a receipt for my dropped off packages!! Every customer is entitled to it and should be asked if they want a receipt. Lady did t even ask me, she just took my packages and said yea no receipt, I even took pictures of my lables and shipping papers and she didn't want to put it in. Bad experience bad customer service, won't be going to this FedEx again. And if you don't want to be discriminated against, don't go to this location either. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDwish I can not even leave one star
